Hello. This is the end of week 2 of veg and the beginning of week 3 of veg
I was planning to do a trim and clippings for clones tomorrow. Then let the plants heal for a few days and then switch to flowering.
These new lights are strong. I have them set at 40% and I took a measurement with my light meter and alot of the top tips that were 2 foot away were as high as the HID's at 1 foot away. Some of the plants I have now are on the tallish side and stretched sometimes 5 or 6 inches between leaf sets. With these strong lights I don't get as much length between leaves. A good thing for bigger more dense buds. Oh Boy can't wait.
I'm thinking about how I'm going to tie up buds. I don't want to put a net in here, so I'm thinking about it before I need to do something about it.
That's all for now. Chuck.
@Chucky324, hmm yeah i was aware of its properties actually it was more a personal opinion query really but i think we can all appreciate the extra knowledge provided :) Thanks and GL with the grow!!!
@Sublyme_ness, Hi Buddy. I haven't ever had any problem with copper. I like copper because it doesn't rust. I the hospitals have found that super viruses can't live on it's surface, it kills them. I put copper wire in the soil to hold up my seedlings without problems. Garden tip: slugs and snails won't crawl on it, put it around you outdoor plants. Chuck.
@Chupadeos, Hello. Here in Canada it's the Department of Health that looks after the medical licenses. So I would start there. A internet search would be a good idea. Just ask google. Chuck.
