All but one of banana daddy clones took! So this is the fifth and final banana daddy clone getting it's own journal. Exciting things to come, haven't quite decided what I wanted to do with this one. So we'll just see what a couple rounds of topping can do. Also, starting her off with a defoliation as well. Compost tea for her, of course. Cheers everyone! ☁️ 🚬

I've included hygrozyme and hyshield to her feedings. Seems like she's loving it so far! I'll let her get a bit more growth before another round of topping. Also added on ph perfect trio to feedings to fill in nutritional gaps that may be present in my reused Promix Soil blend.

Got this plant glowing a vivid green so I must be doing something right! Upped the amount of micro she'll be getting. On top of that, I hit her with a transplant. This is her second-to-last pot before her final home in a 2.5 gallon fabric pot. 2 weeks should be enough to get her ready for the final transplant. These banana dads feed like crazy now that I've gotten them dialed in. I water with compost tea in between the two weekly nute feedings. Seems to be the perfect balance. Shouldn't be long before another take at this phenomenal strain! And I love this pheno too, the mother is approaching week 6/9 flower and smells incredible 😍

This plant is looking like an awesome candidate for outdoors. I feel so indecisive lol. At least I have many options to choose from this season. Same level of nutes this week as last. No training this week.

This plant is taking very well to her spot in the 'garden'(still need to do some spring cleaning 😆 sorry for the eyesore!). Glad I chose her as the outdoor candidate for the season. I like to grow 1 to 2 outdoor per season. Just because it helps keep the dice rolling as a new round of indoor gets prepared. So outdoor we're currently getting 11 hours of sun. It'll bump up to 12 hours come April. I'm thinking that I'll have JUST enough time to squeeze this plant out since it flowers in 50-60 days. I put it outside sometime last week which means it's in the midst of flower transition. I'll consider this post day 1 of flower trans. for all intents and purposes. Let's see how it works out! Cheers everyone! 😎😊

She's been adjusting pretty well to the outdoors. We've been having bad winds, though. Getting up to 20 mph at times, so I've been a bit worried. Apparently it's no issue to her because she's just chugging along no problem. Cheers fellow growers! - RWI 😁

Trimmed her up as soon as I noticed some budding. Now it'll be slowly tapered off of veg nutes for the next 3 weeks. Already got her started on full-strength bloom nutes, so let's see how well she does. Top-fed the terp-tea bloom and watered in with nutes. Never tried to time an outdoor plant right at the end of the season, so I'm super curious if I can get her to come to term. It's been about 2 weeks since the last time I brewed a batch of compost tea, so I'm definitely thinking of doing that once again soon. The plants love it, plus it never hurts to buffer benis when feeding more-than-usual nutrients. So that's my plan with this girl so far. I may do light dep with a box, depending on how long she lasts, but we'll see 👀 Cheers growmies! Update 3/20/22: so I've pretty much confirmed that this strain HARDLY stretches when transitioning from veg to flower. Made me realize that I'm definitely going to want to veg my tent clones to day 60 at LEAST, for a solid yield. Perfect scenario because I can get this girl to finish up a bit sooner than the tent plants. Which should allow me ample time to train them with yield in mind! - RWI out 😶‍🌫️

So far so good, she's flowering just right! Going to taper her off grow nutes completely by next week. I've been keeping an eye on the local daylight hours to make sure she doesn't start to reveg. I'll prep a box for her sometime this week just in case.

Things are coming along pretty well with this plant, but I've had all sorts of pests show up these past two weeks. It's been a struggle. Not really trying to use neem oil, either. The buds are developing nicely, so I'd hate to cause any damage that way. I'll try to just squish any that I can see. I'll definitely be bud-washing this plant.

I've really just let this girl go and do her thing. She's been mostly getting rain water in between her twice a week feedings. During the fourth week of flower, however, I had her underneath a part of my roof that dripped hard water right onto the plant. So she looks a bit crispy now because of it. No real issue thanks to recharge. Once I spotted it, I started to treat it. And sure enough it was back on steady growth within the day. I'm loving how this strain runs outdoors. It's great to know I have a candidate for both indoor and outdoor runs. The key thing I've learned about this Ethos strain would be how hearty it is. Cold nights, hot days - it can handle just about anything. But the real test will be during this summer. Got about 2 weeks left for this little tester girl, super excited! Flush begins next week :) Cheers fellow growers! - RWI 😶‍🌫️ 😎

We are just about in the window with this plant, I see tons of cloudy, very few clear, and a couple amber trichomes. Going to start flushing her the end of this week. Loving the colors on this plant. And it hasn't been necessarily cold lately, so the Genetics have some strong purple traits ( Ty GDP! ) First time running this strand outdoor has been a success so far. We are officially reaching vegetative daylight hours, so ive been blacking this plant out manually. Basically diet light dep with a cardboard box LOL :) Not about the tools, but how you use them! Cheers growmies! - RWI 😶‍🌫️ 😎
