Hi guys! Here we go again in the magic box! I initially planned to grow only Amnesia Haze auto in this box but why not trying some other similar strains?
So here is Royal Haze from RQS! It's a cross between Amnésia and Skunk! How can it be not good!!
Same conditions and hardware than the Amnésia Haze.
Same growing technics.

For this grow I decided to cut off the fan leaves from the main stem a bit earlier than usual. I would like to see if this keeps the plant smaller by slowing down the vertical growth.

Here I start to see the first pistils at the top nodes so next week she will officially be considered to be in flower!
She grows less than the previous Amnesia auto, we will see how she goes during the stretch.

Hi all! Well... things didn't go very well for my Royal Haze those past weeks!
Way too hot, plus missed one watering, plus multiple deficiencies (mainly N an K I guess) led to an unhealthy looking plant!
I can't do anything for the temps but the other issues have been addressed now and she has started her recovery.
Really hope the weather will cool down soon!

Those temps!!! Still amazingly high!! VPD is still way off the charts but this tough lady is surviving well!
I cleaned up the damaged leaves and some more fans that where blocking the light. Flowers are starting to inflate. I can already tell she will need a few more weeks than normal to finish.
Sorry for the lack of pics, I'll take more when she comes close to the end.

Finally temps have lowered to something more regular and more livable!
Last week before flush! She put nice effort in pumping up the buds. They are not huge but nicely dense and they smell sooo good! Creamy lemon is what come to my mind to describe the smell!

She is inflating seriously since the beginning of the flush, eating her own leaves nicely!
two weeks of flush and then harvest!

What a nice Haze!! If you are looking for a very citrusy strain this one is for you!
Despite the fact that the plant stays quite small she yield nicely if you spread her branches. Here I got almost 90g of frosty and tasty buds but you may definitely get more with better training!
Also I can say she is a tough plant as she went trough some deficiencies and some very hot climate resulting in a way off the charts VPD for some weeks. But at the end the harvest is very satisfying!
So I plan to grow her again with a more agressive training but it will be for next year.
What a great place GD is! I was a bit concerned by the plant remaining quite small but I was then at ease when I could see that she behaved the same with other growers!
I still didn't try the weed as she is in curing phase right now but the lemon smell is very mouth watering! The buds are dense except for the very lower ones but that's my fault as I definitely didn't spread her enough.
She had a good tree weeks of flush as I had to delay the harvest because I couldn't find enough time to make a nice photo-shoot!
I'll post the dry buds pics and vape test in a few week, stay tuned!

Have fun with this one, she tastes so amazing.. Creamy taste.. No real haze flavor but very nice! I grew one but she stayed very small.. Check out my diary if you're interested! I'm following yours to see what will become of her:)

This plant is beautiful, I wish I can get something like that in the near future. The photos are magnificent, amazing quality and angles, now I want black bacground as well
A sign that the end is coming up, has happened in the last couple weeks of flowering on a couple of the more exotic strains I've grown...I'm going to have to look into the genetics behind your grow.
