I tried to plant a seedmans strawberry cream cheese on the right but broke her tap root. I threw another blueberry Muffin in so I will have a tent full of bb Muffin in 3 months!
This is a soil/DWC combo grow. I have a friend who runs a similar set up and does extremely well. I'm looking forward to this grow!
I have 12 gallon tubs with a net pot on top. Used roots 707 as my soil medium.
Using Advanced Nutrients dry nutes.
She's growing great. Her roots are healthy. This dwc is so easy after you get the hang of it.
I have not had to add nutes at all to my water during this 4 week period.
She's doing great.
Ppm hasn't varied much. Tomorrow I will be doing my water change and going to bloom nutes.
I needed to get her lower since I have a 5 ft tent. So I used a net. That impeded my watering and maintenance, so I just used the hooks I had put on my tub and some garden wire.
She's had a kelp and molasses added to the bucket hence the brown material on the roots.
On the advanced nutes I just guessed numbers to input. I am adding grams per gallon since its dry.
She's scooting right along growing well. I'm working hard to keep her roots in good condition. Hydrogaurd to the rescue.
Her buds are starting to build. I'm so happy with this gal.
I did do a complete water change on her this week, normally I just add to the water. The ph fluctuated just a bit but things seem to be going well.
When we lifted her to do the change we accidentally touched a few places to the lights and got a few burns. I trimmed that off though.
I will add more pics in a few days to complete this week.
She is foxtailing like a son of a gun.
I have lowered the Temps. Lowered the water Temps.
Added hygrowzyme to the regiment.
I don't think I'm going to be able to get her out of it. I will go ahead and finish her grow though. I've honestly wanted to chop her and start over for 2 weeks now.
I am still working on the foxtailing issue. Trying to keep reservoir at a decent temp for the root zone.
I insulated the bucket and am putting ice in every 8 hours or so. I need to step it up a bit more.
Over all she's been an easy grow and I love the hydroponics. I'm just not rich enough to buy everything needed. I need a water chiller :/ like yesterday.
We're on week 6 ish of flower and I'm more than ready to be done growing this beast.
Since she has foxtailed so much I plan to just dry her and make mostly edibles. Trichomes are all milky at this point with a couple of amber.
She is being chopped a week or two early as we are moving and I cannot manage her care anymore.
