My Wappa sadly didn't resist the infection and died. So to enjoy the best season for outdoor growing, I've germinated some famous OG Kush! I couldn't find the Santa Semilla seedbank on the search though.
I've hopefully learned from my mistakes and made a different, more aerated soil. I also thought a transparent cup could help me see the moisture and roots. Let's wait and hope for the best!
Thank you for visiting and see you next week!
HARVEST DAY! For sweet potatoes...a single plant yielded more than 2 kg of simply the best sweet potato variety ever, it tastes like a sweet delight made from corn, and it's a bright yellow color on the inside.
Just posting that out because the seedling stage is quite boring. I almost don't water her, as the weather is moist at night, and she's already getting 6 hours of sunlight. Seems better than Wappa so I'm hopeful she won't die 🙏
Thank you for visiting and see you next week!
Okay so now for the bad news, I probably lost another seedling...a lot of things are not right in ny life right now and I don't need another stressor so I'll finish up Sweet Cheese and take a break. I try to do everything right, I grow more than 50 species of plants here (some almost extinct in nature) and weed seems to be the one of the weakest, it's frustrating.
Anyway, I transplated her on Monday because I saw roots coming out of the cup. She was fine but apparently I stressed her out A LOT. It's only over when it's over but I'm not hopeful she's gonna make it. If only I could purchase seeds from a store this wouldn't be so bad, every seed counts here.
SHE'S ALIIIIIVE!!! I honestly cannot believe this. Thank you @gottagrowsometime for all the help, I'd totally share a joint with you if I could.
After my last post she wilted more and gave up on the main shoot and on all leaves but the one on the picture. Could this be considered topping? Anyway when I thought all was lost, she started growing a new tip on the only place she could find. This tip's now growing very fast (pictures are one day apart) and I also noticed the stem thickening quite a lot. Maybe she'll come back even stronger from this! 🤩
Sorry about my rant last week, some weeks are worse than others. All's better now, I'll have prime OG Kush in a few months, very excited! I believe root juice and spraying alg a mic on her helped too, great investment.
Lesson I learned: as long as it's not damping off, a seedling can be saved.
Thank you for visiting and see you next week.
She came back strong! Pretty much tripled her size, with new leaves. I think she's out of danger now and is nicely flowing.
Not much anything else to say. Temperatures dropped a lot but I'm keeping her inside the house at night. Very indica so she'll probably handle it well.
My plan is to keep her in veg for another month, then transplant to a 40 liter vase and flower. I'll start LST soon but won't top to avoid stress and stunt growth.
That's all, thanks for visiting and see you next week!
Great weather this week, she got a lot of light. I'm starting LST but I always make it weird in the beggining. Hopefully it'll make more sense as the branches grow.
Not much else to say so just appreciate this lovely huge blue bee that visits my sunflowers. Starting bio-grow tomorrow.
Thanks for visiting and see you next week!
Bending, bending, bending again, the fun starts! Not much to say, an ordinary week with a good amount of sun and mild weather.
She's already starting to smell when I bend, I think she'll be powerful! The stem is very thick too. Next week she'll be transplanted to her final vase.
Thank you for visiting and see you next week!
We had 3 cloudy days this week and today's also not as sunny as it could be. I still think she grew a little despite that.
I transplanted her to the final vase on Thursday, much more room to play with LST now. It seems that ladybugs love the ladies when young, in a beautiful symbiotic relationship, eating away any little bug.
Keeping her in veg for another 3, 4 weeks and then the fun starts. Thank you for visiting and see you next week!
Hi everyone, it's been a good week for her and for me. I harvested Sweet Cheese and will be posting the harvest update in 3 days, spoiler: great one! The sun was also present the entire week, OG seems to be experiencing little to no transplant stress as she's grown quite a lot. She looks better in person, my phone takes crap photos sometimes.
I'll have to flower her earlier, next week, as I got some news that I may be moving out sooner than expected and need to finish up ASAP. Not much else to say, doing LST and feeding bio-grow.
Thank you for visiting and see you next week!
This strain is a beast! Huge leaves, she's loving the vase and soil. The last picture is the last one before letting her stay in the dark at night, I won't mainline this time but LST gave me lots of new branches that get full sun too.
It's actually quite funny, I haven't been paying much attention to her (compared to sweet cheese), I'm just letting her ride...and she's way faster with bigger leaves 😂
Sorry guys, I had forgotten my password to both the e-mail and account, I found it written down this week and could log back. I also got a new job and these past 3 weeks were crazy!
I didn't get many photos but at least I started slowly on bloom nutes, and I'm now at 2 ml/l each. Amazing genetics, HUGE leaves in veg and the buds are fattening up faster than Sweet Cheese, maybe because she's 90% indica.
The weather has been great for her, not so much for me. No rain for at a month and strong sun every day, for the entire day. Not a single cloudy day happened these past three weeks, she's loving it. No abrupt colds either.
That's all, I'll try to log in more from now. Thanks for visiting and see you next week!!
So, I had a lot of personal issues over the past year, I almost died from Dengue fever, then family problems...anyway, I was able to harvest this girl! A little esrlier than I wanted to, but still beautiful fat buds.
I'll put up some flowering pictures here and then the harvest, I don't remember much. Pretty much ZERO smell before the harvest, a good stealthy strain. Stacked up real nice.
Beautiful plant! Her main cola was massive, most of the dry weight was just that. She had some bugs near the end, but nothing that damaged it too much.
I will love to grow this strain again the future, maybe straight in the ground, I expect big yields like that.
@Tropicalstorm, the start is still the hardest part for me after almost two years don’t worry lol . They’re are their most delicate at that point . You got this 💪🏾
Hey brother.. al magic will do fine. If you have a root stim then give that to her. Is it preloaded soil or light mix? If it's Biobizz it needs calmag straight away and root stims is a given for soil, your a missing out if you don't have a batrica/enzyme?
DM me brother.
@Tropicalstorm,
Hahaha I think soon it will be possible to smoke via internet online together😂😂
With the VR glasses from ps5 😂😅
But if the world keeps going like this, looks like we'll all be robots soon.
no we, no joints 😂😂😅👍
No!, dont give her NO FERTS yet! ZERO! UNTIL SHE has at least 4 leaves and can handle it!
And because you have a little molld and mildew ... I would water with hydrogen peroxide mixed water at least for a few days when you water all the container she is in, because doing that you will get rid of any pathogenes that might get in the way during this first stage.
@amazongrow, I was only giving then once a week because of the shock, thought maybe it could help. Começo sempre infernal pqp kkkk agora ta indo melhor
@Tropicalstorm,

Lei do Máximo
--
.qualquer outra coisa, prejudica.
;)
