I have been waiting long time to grow this one. Excited about the effect. I'm growing together with other plant but I plan to update the diaries singularly.
Took 6 days almost to germinate.
After germination little plant has been placed in SEED Mix-CANNA soil very nice soil for plant to start thriving. In the box I'm using CO2 AIRBOMBZ one puff every 14-16 hours ( activated manually). When plants get bigger I'm gonna move them in one other box 2x2.
Light gonna be check with a luxmeter calibrated with a PPF meter to reach 60 DLI during vegetative stage (740 PPF for 24h of light). Still uncertain about the medium for the transplant. For ease of use i might go organic or I might use 50/50 Estonian peat with vermiculite and fertilize it with tripart flora. Still early, gonna wait some days to pick a decision.
Plant has been topped between the 4 and 5 node and some days ago it has been transplanted. There are some spot on the leaves and i guess those are pH fluctuations. I had some issues with pH soil on other pots so I did a flush on this one to see the pH value. Next time pH gonna be ok.
4 week and the plant look very much ok, the runoff water had 1.5 ms/cm when I gave her 1.7 ms/cm so I think either she asking for more nutrients or she didn't get the roots in all the pot.
So I checked the runoff again using a 1.9 ms/cm and it gave me 1.7. so I think that some of the solution wasn't used by the plant. Next time I feed closer to the center of the pot.
During the night cycle I spray a algae solution and a ormon stimulant to get her at the same stage of the other plants.
Started 12 hours cycle 2 days ago. I would have left it on another 2 weeks vegetative stages but the other plants were ready for the big flip.
There's some kind of deficiency in this plant it seems that she always on nutrients demand
!! A genetic mutation appears! flower tip look odd and the stem is flat but no weird sprout on it. Only one stem is affected.
Some other LST done.
CO2 decreased to 1000 for saving some co2. I don't think I have enough power to use all of that CO2.
Plant is growing really well. There's only a small concern about some worms at the bottom of the pot. I need to check it further. To be sure anyway I have planned an irrigation with neem Oil just for precaution.
Hi, I'm sorry if I'm doubling the question but I don't know how to add pictures in the old post. In the preiovus post some people wrote about polyploidy and others on fasciation. To my own internet research the difference seems pretty big in terms of productive and visual quality
Firstly, I would be removing the black wire in pic one before it strangles and kills that branch.
Natural polyploidism is nearly impossible in cannabis, being as rare as unicorn shit.
Your plant is no duobt affected by fasciation, it won't affect productivity or potency in any great way.
Spotted a mutation last week, If not a mutation must be a stress due to the environment. It's convenient to say that in the vegetative period there was a mutation on one leave with a double lead tip. That why it prompt me to say genetic mutation.
Other than that the plant stays goooood
Corrected the nutrient ratio to 120-20-100 ppm.
Plant is still stretching and I'm waiting she start fattening.
Two sanlight are going to be implemented for a CO2 heavy growing
The monster starts getting new shapes. It looks like a plant coming from hell. There's an higher smell of lime, it seems that the new light is kinda working ahah.
The nutrient solution changed to meet a 120-50-100 ppm ratio of NPK. 1500 ppm of CO2 In the Box.
The girls didn't stop growing yet
Is it foxtailing? The plant keep growing. I lowerd the power of the light to 75%. I was thinking maybe I should start using a PK. What are your thoughts?
@deepsheeba hi mate those single bladed leaves could be a sign that the plant tried to revegetate
before returning to flowering again
any chance you have had any mishaps with the timer ??
as for the fasciation on that cola it's certainly interesting but won't be any more potent than a regular looking bud
Plant is fattening in massive colas I hope to cut her at the end of the month. She is very far from the breeder suggested flowering time. My guess is mainly concerned about the colas pruning at 2 week of flowering that could have made her a bit stressed and delayed flowering.
Some flush needed because EC was too high. Lowered nutrients a slightly less N and I cut about 10 ppm of phosphorus.
New ratio is 112-31-106 ppm. A possible phosphorus excess was noticed so it has been lowered by 30%.
