Had a leftover seed from the indoor run so firing it up to do an easy outdoor. Will be put in a 30gal fabric pot. Using up bytes from last year's grow. Should be a free grow aside from water.

Not much to say yet, just got her going from seed, still in the dome. Was a bit slower to get going than last run but still nice and healthy looking. Just vegging inside and getting strong before the outdoor season starts late May.

Week went well, moved under a 400W MH bulb after first two days as it was looking like needed more light. Day after light change much happier. On basement floor while I wait for last plant in main tent to finish.

Repotted to a 2 gallon half way through the week and moved from the starter dome to under the Photontek x465W Pro for a few weeks to get her stronger and let the outside weather heat up. Hitting 15 degree highs but still frosting at night, normally get em in the ground by May 24 weekend. Roots were nice and white at transplant and she seems good and healthy. Good ol' blueberry strain she's resilient! Picked up a 25 gallon fabric pot for her summer home. No height change as I bury em deep when transplant

She's looking really healthy, great color on the leaves and stall thickening up. Will be hardening it off throughout the week and hopefully planting outdoor by end of this week or early next.

Gave her a good clean up on day 47. Weather finally good enough to start bringing outside, trying to get hardened off so can plant this upcoming week. Was hoping to do at the end of past week but had to many rainy days and still getting too close to frost at night. Outside 2 days this week temp ranging 18-28 degrees sun/shade as day progressed

Finished hardening off in the first few days and with the forecast no longer calling for cool nights planted in the 25 gallon RhizoPot in the backyard on day 52. Of course got frost night 52 and I didn't wrap but only on the pot was frosty, plant seemed happy within few hours of sun up. Frost night 53 as well (darn cold snap! Day 20* night 4*) but wrapped in tarp and kept temp around the pot at 12* when air was down to 4* again. Day 54 and 55 sunny with day temps around 25* and nights around 12*. Huge storm morning/day of day 56, up to 30mm forecast next 24 hours. Poured all night and heavy winds but plant looking strong as ever in the morning. Soil is draining very well not muddy despite all the rain. Have enough Advanced Nutrients micro/grow/bloom mixture left from last year's outdoor so will use it again this year (no cost already paid yay!) Was great not PH the water for the outdoor and had amazing results last time. 4ml per liter of each solution every watering.

Pretty easy week. Light maintenance on the growing area. Added 6' poles x4 just outside roots for stability later. Managed to work the fabric pot onto a plastic skid that I had in the back corner, will help with drainage and keeping the base of pit dry. 38" already She's shooting up pretty fast!

Been another wet week, 4 days of sun and three days of rain/clouds but Blue is coming along nice and strong. Did fabric pot on a plastic skid and the drainage is just fantastic. Also really happy with placement this year. Much more airflow than our old garden beds, and getting direct sun from 830am until 630pm. 9 point leaves, the more the healthier so I'd say we are in good shape. Put some light ties on lower 2 sets just to help it bush of it a bit. Hoping for a sunny week!

Lots of rain past week, 4/7 days so only got to manual water with nutrients twice. Despite that she's looking nice and healthy. Lower 4" now growing bark on stalk. Starting to see some friendly wildlife appearing to help with bug control, which so far no issue (knock on wood). Tied down all the main arms to help her widen out on day 76.

Wow what a crazy weather week. First three days were 30-40mph winds all day with rain at night, then 2 straight days of thunderstorms and no sun till evening of 5th day. Today was rain all day until 4pm and finally some evening sun. All the high winds she is holding up great, nice thick leg to stand on, bark starting already too. Sun next two days, give her some TLC and let her dry out for at least a day maybe two.

Lots of rain again but managed to get 3 days of sun and 2 manual waterings with nutrients. Been a really rainy year very glad to be using the smart pots, drainage is so good! Really starting to fill in, noticed today pot gets shade from the plant for a few hours. Stalk getting nice and thick also.

Lots of sun this week and she is filling in really nicely. Adjusted the ties early in the week and again today. Gave a pruning of the two most inner branches off of each main arm. Gonna keep it hollowed out like last year for lots of airflow in case it's a wet fall again. Otherwise just watering when needed, which is almost every day, roots feel like they have pretty much filled the pot

Very little height growth this week compared to past two, finally slowing down. Had to do some major reworking on the LST and add a lot more ties. Now have every branch tied about 18" from the end to really shape it out. She is taking really well to the shaping, and even the bottom two sets of branches are starting to bark now. Light trimming mid week just some fan leaves nothing substantial. Will prune heavy in a week or so. She did get a bit of discoloration on some leaves but only maybe 5-8. Most likely too many nutrients, forgot without as much rain this week she wasn't flushing much. Not seeing any hairs starting yet, but I'm sure in next week or so we will 🤞 Side note: I always really enjoy growing blueberry strains, it is my third outdoor now with a blue strain and they all seem to take well to LST and have typically been pretty resistant to weather swings.

Had a very sunny week this week and HOT, daytime temps hitting 34°C plus humidity pushing almost 40°C. Watering 10L a day if not raining, and every morning the pot looks dry and soil is dry as far down as I can get my fingers. Still getting some yellowing on the leaves so no nutrients for the last 5 days and will do a good defoliation tonight see if that helps. Affected leaves seem to be close to stalk, or in heavily shaded areas, so not a bad thing to remove I figure. Maybe 10 leaves in total, same as last when first noticed 5 days ago. Fingers crossed this does the trick, not too worried though as there is still plenty of new growth and it's looking healthy otherwise. Also, removed most of the LST ties and added ties to support the branches for when the weight comes on. Kinda starting to wish I had done netting again this year, but hey see how it goes.

Was another good week, had mostly sun and only two days of rain, one of them being today. No vertical growth again this week but she is really filling in. Back on nutrients 3 days a week but cut water back to 6L in morning and an extra 4L in afternoon (only when very hot and soil dries faster). Did a good defoliation on day 2 of the week, removed any branches growing inwards and cleaned up all around. No shock next day and by end of week almost filled back in again. Will give it time to grow through net but for sure 1-2 more defoliation in the future. Gotta keep good airflow through the middle to avoid problems down the road. So originally I had planned on just using the garden stakes, but that's just not going to cut it so McGivered a good support system. 2x2x12 screwed into the corners of the skids (fit perfectly in existing holes) and horizontal supports to strengthen it up. Netting around and two rows up near the top. Ready to take on the weight that this girl is going to put on. I would think that should start flower in next week? 🤞 end of July but they're still getting 12hours direct sun + 3-4 hours a day of sun filtered through tree canopy. If she don't start soon it's gonna be a late finish!

This week felt like it was on cruise control. One heavy storm early in week and one other rain day. Was glad to have the betting for storm, had 60km winds and crazy heavy rain, she took it all and walked away without a scratch looking happy as ever. A few lady bugs are on patrol but have not seen much for bugs otherwise, they're doing their job well. Nutes 3 days a week and not seeing any burn and sticking to the 6L morning 4L afternoon on the really hot days for watering. Seems like the magic number for this 100L fabric pot. If I forget to water by more than 3 hours start to see some dropping, so she's drying well. Can't wait to see the roots at the end of this. Speaking of which, seeing root now on the top on the soil, high humidity lately and she's healthy so not surprised. Will have to defoliated again soon otherwise just keeping on top of guiding through the netting, 5 min a day max and I'm always out there anyways haha. Keeping this plant nice and clean on the inside, only leaving growth on last 2-2.5' of each branch. That way it's like all tops in the end

Flower week one! What a hot week too, highs of 42°c with humidity and nights up at 25°c but just made sure to keep up with 6L AM and PM and she stayed happy. No vertical growth this week but a LOT of filling in. Gave her a good defoliation Day 133 removing everything inside the net that won't receive light once the canopy fills in. Really helps with airflow and reduces risk of mold and other problems that come with a wet fall. Spent a good 20-30 minutes today also adjusting netting and stretching out the top canopy. Sides filling in great, I think she's going to be a solid 2-3 foot thick canopy all the way around once flower really gets going. Did spot what I'm pretty sure are aphid eggs while pruning today, but only 2 spots. Will still spray in a day or two, just want to give time to heal from pruning today. Last year didn't have to spray, but one thing I'm noticing is we have very very few lady bugs this year, where last year they were everywhere! Not seeing them on our fruit trees either, maybe just bad year for them. Hope everyone's grow goes well this week, now let's sit back and watch the flower grow!

Week two of flower and things are coming along well. Nice easy week with little to no work on this girl aside from the daily waterings. Temps have come down to 28° most days and nights are around 17° so only been watering 6L once a day most days, aside from one day it hit 34°. She's maybe grown an inch in height, but I think it's just the leaves reaching to the sun vs cloudy days. For sure filling in more, getting a nice solid canopy. Glad to have the net, I'm thinking this one is going to get HEAVY.

Another week on cruise control, watering 6L a day most days only one day this week 12L. Weather hit or miss, seems like the story of this summer. First 3 days sunny and 30, days 4-6 rained 50mm combined with one big MOFO of a thunderstorm right in the middle. Really heavy at points and huge winds but she held up great no damage that I could notice. Lady bugs are out in full force now so have not seen any signs of bad bugs on the plant lately 🤞the trend keeps up. Canopy is really filling in, bud sites popping like crazy, trying not to think too far ahead but she's looking great. Really like how full she's gotten, love how blueberry grows like a nice round bush with just a bit of training, seems very efficient that way. One of my favorite strains to smoke and grow, although this girl is earmarked purely for edibles this year, with the exception of the trim and popcorn which will turn into hash

Let there be SUGAR! Already starting to see sugar all around the bud sites, 🤞for some super sticky icky this year. Well this has probably been one of the wettest August here in a long time, but this girl is holding out great! Another 4 days of rain this week, one of which we had tornado warnings! Maybe I should clarify, when I say rain I mean buckets at a time. Been getting crazy heavy downpours that have been damaging my flower and food gardens, but the weed is still 💪. Aside from weather good easy week, have some yellow leaves here and there but just pulling them off if I notice before they fall on their own. Seems sporadic but mainly further in plant and heavy shaded areas, figure just the ones she doesn't need any more. Lady bugs out in force still and no sign of bad bugs so let's hope that continues, would be nice not to have to spray at all this year. Hope everyone has a good week Happy growing!!

Well another week, another 4 days of rain! Only difference is that now the nights are really cooling off and a lot of mornings there is fog. So glad I gave her a good cleanup of fan leaves early in the week, a lot of people in the area are dealing with WPM and so far so good here (knock on wood). Had problems with that last year but air flow through the girls was poor. I think having my plants in the more open part of the property where they get more wind is really helping this year, that and keeping her thin. Buds seem to be coming in well, good stacking and already starting to give off a more potent smell. No signs of fade yet, but with the cool nights I'm sure it will start soon. Upcoming week is looking warmer and sunny, 🤞for some good bud growth

Good week, lots of sunny days but can tell that fall is coming fast. Had one big mother of a storm dump 35mm in a 4 hour period, thought for sure she would have taken some damage, but came out unscathed save for one or two turned branches that fixed themselves within 36 hours. Nights are cooling way down now, hit 5° one day this week and lots of morning dew. Did a good check on all the buds day 6 and had to cut 3 small pieces off due to rot. Checked again day 7 and didn't see any new issues. Will be checking every 1-2 days now. Again makes me glad I thinned them out so much, I feel there would have been a lot more issues otherwise with the weather we've been having. On a positive note the buds are looking pretty sweet, plumping up nicely and maybe 50% of pistils are brown now. Started flushing with Flawless Finish on day 7 of this week and will do a 7-10 day flush. I know it's still a bit early, but with the weather changing fast and lots of rain in the forecast I want her ready to be harvested when I have to. Much better to harvest a bit early and lose some yield/potency than to harvest late and lose it all. 🤞 For a good finish over the next week or so, happy growing!

Well this is it, last week she's in the ground tomorrow is chop day! Every bud I've checked is now 50% Reds or more, sure sign it's time! Was another very wet week, 30mm one storm and 50mm another, total 5/7 days of rain, then 60km/h winds today. Ended up building a roof at the beginning of the week for her and was glad I did, because even on the no rain days it was zero sun just solid cloud. Did feel weird watering her during crazy downpours, but with the roof she gets 0 water otherwise. Ran Flawless Finish all week will be 8 days flush by the time she's cut down. As always had a fun time growing, blueberry is one of my all time favorite strains to smoke/ingest. Fabric pot was great, but next year probably move up to a 35gal, because from feel of the soil this 25gal is gonna be allllll roots. Should have the harvest posted Saturday at some point. Hope you all had a great summer as we did here!

Well was my third time with this strain and she didn't disappoint. Nice solid sticky AF buds. Could have left it thicker and gotten more yield, but I think there will still be 1.5-2lb after drying, and it's looking like quality will be great for outdoor. Also with all the rain I'm glad I left her airy, there were 0 issues during harvest and growing. Came out of the netting nice and easy, just cut at the branch closest to main stalk, then pull from across the plant and put she comes. Always glad to have friends around to help.made for an easy day.

Hmmm. I’m noticing a lack of lady bugs this year too. The eggs might be or likely are moth/caterpillar eggs. When I had them last year I first thought they were aphids too, and it took a day or two this year to clue in again. BT handles them easily, Safers BTK at Crappy Tire.

@Northern_Ent, thanks for the tip! I have used safers spray in the past, seems very effective. I think you may be right about the eggs, didn't spray (yet) and leaves still look healthy. Will hold off unless I see chewing.

Lessen your nutrients 3ml should do of each jug on the bloom unless you spread the top canopy using string ( I think the buds may get too big and boyltrius could have a effect ) your buds are way bigger then mine so far ! We have been getting rain one day a week here - all most perfect-

@CroNicGman, hoping to get up there today to get a good look at the top and make sure she's behaving. Probably thin it out a bit as I haven't touched the fan leaves up there yet. Good tip on the nutrients, I'll give that a shot

That’s hilarious, I got a few yellow leaves on some of my plants too , your grow is behind the mirror from my mine hehe , wow !!! Look at the height ! Are you gonna get a tall stake in order on both sides in case of super wind? Good job and beautiful ganja tree

@CroNiCGman,ya I'm thinking of getting some 12" 2x2 and making a post I can anchor to the skid, or if I can find some 9' garden poles, but so far longest I've seen is 6'.
