3rd week of April and everyone has their Heels dug-in
- you can see from the foliage that it has had a rough couple of weeks. The whole tent was flushed because of something that spiked the soils pH. And the whole tent turned around quickly and Solidly
Week 9 starts May 23rd…
Better late than never…
I’ll fill-in some of the blanks but thought this Bahia Black Head better have at least one diary, for being such a unique strain. It has been Too-long in the collection, (2.5 years) but she’s already moving like a well oiled machine.
This diary finds her in week 8 (may 16-22) above ground, and just prepping for the great outdoors. Some Fan leaves removed, and she’s been in tight-quarters to say the least. This Diary lines-up with 8-Strains diary. All started at the same time
- food-food-water is the nutrient cycle…
- DynoMyco has given this entire grow Huge Roots. Its obvious something significant has changed at each transplant. Sprinkle a little more!
- nutrients are not being withheld, but I have not pushed the liquid volumes, because there is no Capturing run-off. I’ll leave it at that, with 38 plants in a 6.5 x 6.5 homemade tent… The plants are growing at an astonishing rate and Here we are, 10 days Max until they are outside
- like it or not, feeding volumes go Up this week, I’ll push the envelope a bit. Bought some rags lol, Forward
- menu items posted above feature the “water-days” nutrients.
- the room has run steady at 25c with a Lite-to-Canopy gap, maintained to provide a 2c deltaT (temp drop) to the top leafs. And the Humidity has been kept high and maintained accordingly; 65-75% RH.
- starting to lower the Humidity by 5%, today.
May 21st
- fed 600ml for breakfast
24th
- dinner tonight, allowing a little dryness in the pot with extra day; 650-700ml ea
27th
- fed first thing in the morning ~ 650-700ml
May 30th
- Bahia Black Head has been moved outdoors and there will be sporadic updates. As often as possible. Fingers crossed.
Along with Pink Kush x Vanilla Frosting and a couple others

- 2 weeks ago some (aggressive) LST was applied to this plant. Its genetics are used to a large central Cola, so it has been pulled towards N.N.E. and Yes Sir those side Branches are picking up some real mass. (Pic attached)
Sept 17th
- soil amended yesterday; kelp meal / bat guano / Power Bloom fert / Azomite / Worm Castings
- 9 to 10 weeks is the normal flower time as per K.C. Brains. I established flower nutes on the 10th, prior to Aug 14th so it does seem a little early. Still adds up to week 6in Flower.
- bring it on

Sept 24th
- start of week 7 in Flower
29th
- feeling pretty low about how poorly I’ve been able to cover this particular grow. A crazy exotic and I’ve only seen it 3 times since the end of May.
This weekend I’ll be checking in for sure and there will be a pile of Fresh pics. Turns out this hopefully makes a dent in Seedsman’s photo contest. Its also the only seed I’ve left in the ground from them doh!
(LSD got nixed for final photos because of a huge Rain storm)
