June 7: four Hash Bud clones planted out into 5 gallon bags.
June 10: all the clones in soil seem to have taken root and are now growing nicely outside. We get 17 h of daylight these days so the clones should be good and continue to veg without starting to flower.
@gottagrowsometime, outdoors isn’t so bad as long as you tend them daily, use the right strain, and time it right. And get lucky on weather like western Canada did this year. It can be a bit merciless some time though.
@gottagrowsometime, just working that out. I think it was 16 plants, 15 in grow area forced early providing about 50 g dried each of awesome early buds, and one in the field that was not light deprived. It was almost exactly 100 g, so twice as big, but the late season buds weren’t as good. All goes for hash anyway. Great plant. All cuttings were from the Hash Bud manifold diary plant that yielded 740 g. Woohoo. Highly recommended strain. Cheers.
@smoker420, for guerilla style that far north (like here) your best bet would likely be autos or very fast flowering photoperiods. If you can force flower (12 h darkness for min two weeks) then you have more photo options. Something from Fast Buds will work. I’m grow their Gorilla Cookies FF this year. Don’t start autos too early as cold overnight can stunt them. Wait until end of May or early June. Good luck.
@gottagrowsometime, thanks, eh? This is my first time trying clones and I’m very happy with how they’re going. I’m a bit stunned cuz I didn’t realize they could grow faster than plants from seed. Cheers.
