Stella’s Trio

7/9/22 Today is the start of week 7 for these lovely ladies. Each of them has responded well to being bent over and repositioned to make more space in the tent. All of the bent branches have already started to redirect their ends up toward the light, so all is well in The_Good_Twin grow room. They may look a little weird, but they are developing quite nicely in their current stage of growth. I took pics of each plant, as well as 1 pistil covered bud for each one of them. They are still in the mid-bloom stage of nutrients, but have moved along to step 5. It’s no different from the previous step, so nothing new. Each plant received half a gallon of water mixed with the following nutrients. CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 4.7 ml FloraGro - 3.8 ml FloraBloom - 8.5 ml Floralicious Plus - 2 ml Liquid KoolBloom - 2 ml I mixed 2 gallons for the 4 plants, and both gallons had an initial pH of 6.5 and didn’t need adjusting. Each plant gave back plenty of runoff with the following pH levels: #1, 3, & 4 - 5.8 #2 - 6.0 The temperature in the tent was 79.7F, with humidity at 54%. Plants are looking wonderful! Happy growing everyone! 7/12/22 As with most of my ongoing diaries, yesterday was their normal feeding day, but I got busy and ran out of time. No damage done. The plants are looking healthy, and continuing to develop nicely. Having so many plants flowering at the same time, but in different stages of growth is somewhat cool. Especially when I have 3 separate diaries for the same cultivar (DarkStar), due to success in cloning this time around. I get to see what they will become when looking at their mother, but also what they were by looking at their younger sisters. 🤷 I think it’s nice anyway. Today, as with all feeding days, I mixed 2 separate gallons to feed my Cuatro. Each received 1/2 gallon, and all but one (#1), gave back a sufficient amount of runoff. They were given the same nutrient level as earlier this week, so look above to see the quantities mixed with a gallon of water. Both had an initial pH of 6.5, and wasn’t adjusted. As mentioned above, #1 did not give me enough runoff to measure, but #2 was 6.1, #3 was 5.8, and #4 was 5.6. The tent was 82.6F, with humidity at 50%. Each plant has room now, so all is good in my grow room! Happy growing everyone! 7/14/22 Today was feeding time again for Stella’s lovely 4 daughters. They’re still receiving the same level of nutrients as at the start of this week, no change. Except today I had to use 3 ml’s of pH UP. I mixed 2 gallons for the 4 to share as always. Each containing the same nutrients. One gallon an initial pH of 5.9, and the other 5.8. I added the pH UP as noted above which adjusted them to 6.2, and 6.3. #1 & #2 received the gallon with 6.2, and #’s 3&4 received the 6.3. The runoff was as follows: #’s 1, 3, & 4 - 5.4 #2 - 5.7 I started the day by calibrating my pH meter using a new pH buffer solution which may have presented problems today. Who knows? I’ll recalibrate it tomorrow and test it. Their tent was 81.4F, with humidity at 55%. I adjusted the fan for better airflow (hopefully). They look wonderful. Happy growing everyone!
