hobozoo Day 4 from the seed, everything's going smoothly. The first pair of true leaves. It's in a temporary container. As soon as the roots show at the bottom of the pot, I'll transplant it into the system.

hobozoo I transplanted it into a pot and decided to put 1 bucket without control for now; I think I'll connect it in a week or two. The solution in the temporary container jumped to 7.5. It seems the little one didn't like that and she slightly curled her leaves. The system also has a high pH level of 6.5 that needs to be lowered, but it stubbornly stays at this level. BUT the roots are doing great. The root has grown out of the pot by about 5 cm 😳 The fertilizers are delayed in delivery, so I'm feeding it with what I have ((

I need help!!!! I'm mixing the solution/lowering the pH/mixing nutrients/trying to achieve the desired numbers of pH 5.5 PPM 400/the solution sits for 12 hours/full replacement of the solution in the system/after 5-7 hours the solution in the system rises to 6.5 pH. How can I fix this and what’s the problem? Could the bucket be alkalizing the solution???

ok for a start removing carbon dioxide from water by using an air pump will increase the ph. so by actively aerating with an air pump and an air stone you are removing carbon dioxide thus raising ph. so the bucket is not raising ph but the air you pump in it is. i’m not a hydro guy but updrifting ph is normal in an hydro setup and you should just bring it back as it drifts upwards. as far as i know i can say it is also a good thing that it drifts upwards than downwards. because that means your plant also uptakes some of the acidic nutrient molecules from the solution as well. keep adjusting as it drifts up and bigger the reservoir more stable the ph will be is a trick i learned from some hydro masters so in a small dwc bucket its normal imho.

hobozoo I mixed the solution, and it turned out to be very concentrated. 600 PPM - signs of overdose were noticed (leaves curling and tips drying out). I diluted it to 430 PPM. The pH is also unstable - it constantly jumps to 7, so I have to adjust it every day. The temperature in the box rises to 29, I put bottles with ice in the box to lower the temperature. On 07.07, I changed the solution because there were signs of overdose or pH problems. I made it 50% of the previous concentration. PPM - 407 pH - 6.5

I'm having problems with the plant. The lower leaves are drying out and spots are appearing. The upper leaves are curling and twisting, and there's an unhealthy color. pH is 6.5, PPM was 600 but I lowered it to 420 yesterday. Suspecting either a nutrient overdose or a pH issue. Check out the photos from the second week (day 10).

It is a ph problem. Needs to be set at 5.8 through veg. 6.2 and 6.3 for flower. Cheers

hobozoo Day 15 - signs of illness are decreasing. It's growing faster. It's hot in the box (( 29 degrees, but the plant seems to have adapted to this temperature. I'll keep it on the same solution this week, and next week I'll switch to a more concentrated one. I started bending the plant, which stimulated the development of the side branches. Day 21 - the plant has stopped being sick and is actively growing, stretching the side branches.

hobozoo No problems at all. The little plant is growing very fast. It eats the salts from the solution well. The root system is well developed. Starting next week, I'll switch to flowering/or I'll keep it a bit longer to let it grow into a tree. From day 24, I started gradually switching to flowering, adding 1 hour to the night every day. By the beginning of next week, it will be on a 12/12 schedule.

hobozoo The color is in full swing. I changed the lamp to the Viparspectra XS 2000. I didn't keep an eye on it last week, and it stretched a lot. I put up a net to at least hold back the growth a bit.

hobozoo 08/08/22 Active growth without problems. Starting next week, I'll give the solution a bit stronger. The plant has stretched a lot; the lamp is hanging right under the ceiling. 14/08/22 I raised the lamp a bit more; now it's definitely right under the ceiling. The plant continues to stretch. It's actively drinking the solution. I think by the end of flowering it will be cramped, and the buds might burn under the lamp (I hope I can control the growth).

hobozoo I added 0.6 ml/L of Calimag to the solution, it seemed like the plant was lacking potassium since the stems are very soft. The plant doesn’t plan to stop growing, but there’s no more room for it to grow since there are only 25 cm left to the lamp. I'm trying to control the vertical growth by weaving the branches, but they are already quite thick and just lift the net higher.

hobozoo Last week I mixed a strong solution. This time I made it a bit weaker with the option to add more during the week if needed. It feels like the flowering has slowed down. The buds aren't gaining volume (definitely an overdose with the solution concentration).

hobozoo I removed calmag from the diet. It seems there's an excess of potassium in the solution. I also took out Rapid Start (root system booster), I'm sure it's no longer needed since the roots are very large and quite healthy and don't require additional feeding. The plant continues to stretch upwards, the lamp is already 10 cm away (these are the consequences of losing a week during the transition to flowering). I trimmed the lower tiers, removing all the small flower buds and leaves.

Happy Harvest Day!

A low-maintenance strain. Strong against stress. At the initial stages, it is sensitive to pH, but later it becomes a very strong plant that easily withstands high temperatures and nutrient levels. The buds are dense, with a lot of resin. It does not finish flowering within the time stated in the passport; it requires 1-2 weeks longer. Very sweet berry aroma, excellent taste, and aftertaste. I am satisfied with the first trial. It just needs to be dried more and sent for treatment.
