deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋♂️👨🌾👍
Fifth seed of the summer season and a promise to fulfill, repeating this great strain that once stood out in my garden, and which a spider mite infestation and my inexperience nearly brought to ruin; still, it gifted me with very strong, aromatic, and colorful weed... so I'm reloading this grow!
Let's read what the producer says about this variety: Quick Sherbet is a strain where the famous Sunset Sherbet meets our Black Lemon (75% Indica / 25% Sativa), thus reducing the flowering time to 7 weeks in indoor grows... well, my previous grow of this strain took 11 weeks of flowering to be ready for harvest.
The Quick Sherbet variety presents with very bright purple flowering when fully mature. Quick Sherbet has a thick central stem that makes its leaves curved, wide, and expansive. It tends to produce colorful buds with a large amount of resin. Quick Sherbet will fill your garden with multiple replicas of beautiful flowers in a short period of time. It will make your garden look like a flower shop. When grown indoors, it will give your room a delicious aroma that will keep you wandering around all the time... according to everything, welcome back!! 🙋♂️😁
The seedling popped up vigorously on the second day and is already enjoying the sunlight, and at night, the light from the grow tent; the intention is to harvest in September... see you soon! 🏃♂️
GREETINGS TO ALL!! 🙋♂️👨🌾💧💦🌞💡

Second week of life, the seedling already stands out above all the others, even above other seeds that germinated a week earlier... fantastic! ☀️💡
For now, I'm watering with mountain water (pH: 7.8, EC: 0.25), keeping the little air-pot seedling on a mixed schedule, at night in the grow tent, during the day, soaking up the sun.
Due to lack of space in the grow tent, I'm going to wait another week to transplant to the final pot, I don't mind either, because the air-pot promotes very good root growth, and thus, the growth after transplanting will be spectacular.
Until next week

It's the third week of life for this vigorous fast-growing strain, yes, it's showing it, and as a gift, today I transplanted it into a 10L white fabric pot so the colors stand out when it gets bigger and the substrate doesn't heat up too much when I put it in the sun. Last time I grew it in a 6L air-pot. I've done a first watering to moisten the entire substrate, using a mix of honey and my auxin lacto-ferment to promote rooting, with Activated Mountain Microorganisms to inoculate microbiology into the substrate and Ormus to regulate the pH of the mix and provide minerals.
A few days ago, I also made an apical cut above the fourth node and have been doing foliar applications with amino acids and auxins to redirect energy to the side shoots. The process is going very well; the seedling is unfolding large leaves to capture as much light as possible. I pamper it and steal, for it, all the possible rays of sunshine!! 🌞😋
Until next week

Fourth week of life from seed, one week since I transplanted, the plant is growing comfortably and strengthening day by day. I've started doing some tie-downs on the lower branches.
Fantastic week of direct sunlight, very hot days, I keep this plant and all the others well hydrated. I've been doing almost daily watering with less water volume, just compensating for moisture loss and trying to keep the upper half of the substrate moist. During the day, I spray water on the mulch and dampen the fabric pot... all to ensure this plant withstands and feels comfortable!
I grow in a mixed indoor/outdoor mode. The light schedule I have this time of year, especially on sunny days, is as follows: I turn on the grow tent with all the plants (10) at 11:00 PM, at 8:00 AM I start taking plants out of the grow tent and move each one to its sunny spot. At 8:15 AM, I turn off the grow tent, and all the plants are in the sun until 2:00 PM. After that, I place the 3 largest plants, including this Quick Sherbet, in my sunset window, where they get direct sunlight from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The 5 younger plants are put in a homemade grow tent, lit with a Spider Farmer SF 1000 lamp at 60% power (50w). I leave them there from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM, then I put all the plants to sleep until 11:00 PM.
I enjoy doing all these operations with my plants; I aim to promote maximum metabolism. I also seek to compact the plants from the start by giving them plenty of light. I aim to reduce the electricity bill, saving about 20% this way, but that’s not the important part. The more important aspect is the light spectrum that the sun offers; no lamp can compare. I get everything from UV rays to IR, covering all color temperatures, and the sunset sun... Wonderful, filled with orange and red tones!
Until next week...

Five weeks from seed, this strain is paired in watering, lights, and substrate with 3M ♔ Qᴜєєᴎ M꘠tиєᴙ►Ɽeløaɗ, and both plants are the standout stars of this growing season... I love them!
This week the strain has shown great growth and strengthening; it's clear that the root development is optimal and the pot establishment is secured. The last few days have been very hot, I keep the substrate and mulch hydrated, doing deep waterings every 2 days with various mixes of bio fertilizers and stimulants. I chase the rays of sunshine that come through my windows daily... everything flows!🙋♂️💃😋
I've made multiple ties to the branches to improve light entry and promote the growth of lateral branches. I'm also trying to reduce the width of the plant so it doesn't stick out too much from the edge of the pot because my grow tent is very full...
I grow in a mixed indoor/outdoor mode, 9-10 hours indoors with high brightness and the rest of the hours of the day from window to window capturing rays of sunshine!!🌞💡, and if there's no sun, they stay in the grow tent all hours... let the game continue!🌞😋

At the beginning of the week, I decided to switch to the 12/12h flowering schedule. The plant is very big and is outgrowing the frame; this week it has grown 30cm and has strengthened on all sides... an amazing strain!
Out of conviction and in rebellion against the price of electricity, I grow in mixed mode, indoor/outdoor, in flowering. When I expect sun the next day, I keep the plants in the tent for 9h, and 3-4 hours in the morning sun. If the day is cloudy, the plants stay in the grow tent with 12h of light.

A week and a half since I switched to flowering, the plant keeps growing, the pre-flower is already showing... this is fantastic! 😁😁🌼, I hope the vertical growth slows down, because otherwise, I'm going to have space issues. For now, I’m lighting it with a lot of light on the canopy and the sides.
Water consumption is very high, I water deeply every 2-3 days. For the watering mixes, I use Bio Nutrients and Bio Stimulators. This week, in addition, a foliar application with hormones: Auxins, Cytokinins, and Gibberellic Acid, to promote the strengthening of branches and lateral shoots and cell division. This week I will do a second application with hormones, and it will be the last.
Out of conviction and rebellion against the price of electricity, I grow in mixed mode, indoor/outdoor. In flowering, when I expect sun the next day, I have the plants in the tent for 9 hours, and 3-4 hours in the morning sun. If the day is cloudy, the plants stay in the grow tent with 12 hours of light. During sleep hours, I gather all my plants in a dark room, with a large oscillating fan, this way I manage to disconnect 5 fans and 2 extractors. Plus, the plants are much more comfortable because there’s free space between them... let the game continue! 🖐️😍

Two and a half weeks since I switched to flowering, the flowering has begun, and I can already see purple colors behind the first pistils... this is fantastic! 😁😁🌼 At the beginning of the week, I was forced by the height to bend and tie the main stem, still, the plant has grown 10cm, the apex immediately bent towards the light and the secondary branches are taking positions in the canopy... this is a runaway grow that I'm going to tame! 🐴
Four deep waterings this week, and a contribution of dry amendments inoculated with Microbiology, I'm using my entire catalog of Bio Nutrients and Bio Stimulants. The truth is, the watering moments are very relaxing for me; first, I calculate the amounts of water each plant needs, then I set up the nutrient mix, I keep this mix in a magnetic stirrer that structures the water and oxygenates it, improving nutrient absorption. The mountain water I use is stored at room temperature at home, and these days are very hot, finally, I add cold water to keep the mix between 18°C and 20°C. The colder, the better oxygenated the water will be. I also think refreshing the substrate brings joy to the plants. In winter, I do the opposite; the stored water is too cold, so I heat it up to about 20°C. When I have the mix ready, I aerate the mulch in the pots with a rake and water slowly. Meanwhile... the music plays and the joints go back and forth! 😵

Three and a half weeks since switching to flowering schedule, the plant now basks in the summer sun where it finds warmth, energy, and the full light spectrum that the lamps lack... wait a moment, I’m going to switch joints, I started the morning smoking autoflowering, but no, today is a bright day that deserves a good sativa!
This is something else... the plant has grown a bit, even after bending the main tips, but I think it’s going to stop vertical growth now, as it already shows advanced flowering buds. The evolution of the grow so far is excellent; the columnar shape allows me to cultivate it while optimizing space in the grow tent, to compensate for the loss of light power from the canopy lamp due to the height of the plant, and because I’m not satisfied with just getting the canopy buds, I illuminate these tall plants with side lights to enhance the growth of the middle part of the plants.
This plant drinks the most from all my garden of joy; it’s always thirsty. I feed it with high concentrations of nutrients at each watering. For now, the plant keeps growing, as long as I don’t mess it up, since this week I had a new accident, this time with this strain. One of the main branches got caught and bent; another accidental HST. For now, I’ve propped it up to harden the bend. I’ve never done HST, either voluntary or involuntary, so now I’m eager to see how this technique develops, but deep down, it annoys me to be such a clumsy grower! 👨🌾😅

This strain is paired in lights, lifespan, and substrate with 3M ♔ Qᴜєєᴎ M꘠tиєᴙ►Ɽeløaɗ; until this week they were receiving the same waterings, but they have desynchronized, and now each has its own menu. Both plants are, by far, the standout ones with this lifespan, of all the grows I've done so far... something is happening! 🤷♂️😲
Four and a half weeks since the switch to flowering, vertical growth has stopped, and floral buds are appearing everywhere. The plant maintains a good leaf mass throughout its height, the side light is working!
Now in full flowering, I've removed the ties from all the branches that helped me shape the plant. I keep 90° clips on the large upper leaves; the intention is to improve light entry without defoliating. I want maximum photosynthesis. I've cut the lower or hidden leaves in a strategic defoliation exercise and tied the two main branches with thick wire, so one supports the other, thus providing more stability and strength to the plant, considering it has a much greater height-to-width ratio.
Well, now I just hope to see colors appear in the buds. In the meantime, good food for my girl, a good home, and the best lights... Hakuna Matata!

Follow the grow of this great strain and plant... a beast in my joy garden!
Six weeks of flowering, a week of clandestine incidents, which has forced me, without going into details, to keep this plant and four others locked in hell with a lot of light for 6 days, with temperatures above 38°C and without seeing daylight. I've been lucky because the days have had relative humidity around 40%, I've watered them, and they are holding up very well. The upper leaves look tired, but the buds are immense and already, shamelessly, showing purple colors... let's go, all for the cause!! From today, I can dedicate all my attention to the plants again.

deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋♂️👨🌾👍
Quick Sherbet is a strain where the famous Sunset Sherbet meets Black Lemon (75% Indica / 25% Sativa), thus reducing the flowering time to 7 weeks in indoor grows. Quick Sherbet will fill your garden with multiple replicas of beautiful flowers in a short period of time...
This strain is paired in lights, lifespan, and substrate with 3M ♔ Qᴜєєᴎ M꘠tиєᴙ►Ɽeløaɗ; both plants are, by far, the standout ones with this lifespan of all the grows I've done so far... something is happening! 🤷♂️😲
Follow the grow of this great strain and plant... a beast in my joy garden!
Eighth week since the switch to flowering for this immense plant, a grow I'm repeating to pay my debt to this strain.
The grow is progressing, the plant maintains a good leaf mass, with no signs of fatigue so far; the metabolism is skyrocketing and the buds are taking center stage, hard as rocks with a slight purple tint and intoxicatingly complex and changing aromas—citrus, forest, sweet, floral...
The medium buds are developing very well, thanks to the side lights. I believe the plant has enough energy to live and grow at least 7-14 more days... it's going to be a top-notch production! 🙋♂️👨🌾
Out of conviction and rebellion against electricity prices, I grow in mixed mode, indoor/outdoor, in flowering. When I expect sun the next day, I keep the plants in the tent for 9 hours and 3-4 hours in the morning sun. If the day is cloudy, the plants stay in the grow tent with 12 hours of light. During the sleep hours, I gather all my plants in a dark room with a large oscillating fan; this way, I manage to disconnect 5 fans and 2 extractors, plus the plants are much more comfortable because there's free space between them... let the game continue! 🙋♂️😍
Until next week...
REGARDS TO ALL!! 🙋♂️👨🌾💧💦🌞💡

The ninth week of flowering has ended, and the last days of life for this great strain are beginning. Just one last watering with pure water, and in 3 more days, I’ll harvest it.
The buds are beautiful and fragrant, hard as rocks, a nice gift for my marijuana stash.

REGARDS TO ALL!! 🙋♂️👨🌾💧💦🌞💡
I Loved ❤️

Ten weeks of flowering has this plant holding on until it's ready to gift me beautiful purple buds, very dense, sticky, and aromatic, now resting in the drying rack. I'll keep them like this for about 7 days and then a couple of weeks of curing before trying the effects of this great plant.
It has been an easy and rewarding grow, the plant showed great vigor at all times, the branches supported the weight of the large top colas without any problem. The addition of Silicon in the substrate and in some waterings helps strengthen the branches and increase their elasticity.

===============================Great drinker has requested many waterings, all of them with formulations of my Bio nutrients, and only the last one I did with pure mountain spring water.
In the end, the bend, will always tend, to make amend.
Magnetic stirring device? Wtf is this? Soke sort of mad invention?
I'm liking the mountain after idea, I'm trying to think of a local place to source water, although the local tap water is epic.
@Jobbie, I actually stopped collecting water from the river because there's a lot of uncontrolled material, sewage from the towns and livestock, and excess fertilizers, although that's not my case. Why do you say that the water from the hill isn't very good?
@deFharo,lots of people hike the hill and lots of dogs leave their waste that owner s don't pick up. Will need to take a proper look, I know of one spot on a trail where a small spring comes up from the ground, but to fill any container from that would be difficult, its only a few cm deep lol.
The buds are looking good, I really like the pine cone and golf ball looking buds, they just look fun! Experience is life, reality is our experience with our surroundings, nothing synthetic can compare. 💜💚
@deFharo, I am gonna promise you that legalization is one of the worst things possible for cannabis , in Canada it killed out whole economy. 4500 stores in 4 years . Yes it's great to know the police aren't gonna kick in my door , but to be honest they weren't going to before legalization. To qualify for a store you must have 450,000$ .
Ounces went from a healthy 200$ of amazing unreal outstanding cannabis to I would say 50$ and it's stuff that well , would you sell an ounce for 50$ after all the love time and money ? I sure as hell wouldn't . Pounds are 300-700$ .
I didn't improve anything . Just made us all weaker and the govt stronger which in Canada we are basically under communist rule . I have had my taxes " re assed" twice this year and the govt decided I owe them around 15,000$ and there isn't anything that a normal person can do but have their wages taken by the govt .
Decriminalization? 10000% but legalization is in my opinion terrible.
But that is enough negative energy for today lol .
I really hope that where you are when they legalize it works better for you !!!!
I'll send some positive vibes your way!
@TeamQuality420, thank you very much for your explanation, what you say is perfectly understandable, capitalism takes over the business, I agree.
Certainly here in Spain there is no problem cultivating at home or smoking joints in the street, I only dream of having plants in soil and using less artificial light, but in the end, if it's not the government squeezing you, it's the plague of marijuana thieves, which are abundant around here. Here the street price is around €4-6 per gram, and I wouldn't sell my marijuana for less than €8, I grow it for my exclusive use with all the dedication, effort, and intention of what I'm capable of.
And to tell the truth, I like the underground concept of these grows and I don't want it to disappear, as it really fits my lifestyle Ⓐ 🖐️
@deFharo, 1000%. Love the vibe bro , if I ever come to your area you will have to show me some culture?!?!!
At the end of the day , no large company will be able to compete with someone who LOVES what they do , you can't put a price on PASSION, so in my opinion it is gonna take my govt another 20 years before the true Canada cannabis comes to the right people . I would put my reputation on the line by saying Canada has some ish that can be the best in the world. But, our dispensary situation doesn't reflect that . Takes time to change .
I aim on cancer patients as they deserve to medicine.
Positive vibes coming your way! Cheers 💨🚬
