Day 8 - Looking good so far, not looking stunted like my last few grows. Not sure if it's due to better airflow, new soil, or both. They stretched a little early on but I will probably be transplanting after this week so it won't be a problem. Still need to figure out what I'm going to do for nutrients this time. I'm considering BioBizz or Roots Organics right now but still haven't done enough research to make a decision. Day 10 - Might need to wait a little longer than this weekend to transplant but still looking good.

The taproot on my WWBB2 is stuck in the seed shell and the stem won't stand up. Has anyone ever had this happen before? What was the outcome? Will the roots "find a way" or is this seedling doomed?

I’ve never run into this, but I’ve also never tried checking the root development in soil. I’d expect the roots to push through the seed shell eventually. But if you are comfortable digging in the root zone you may be able to remove the shell carefully with a pair of tweezers. Good luck!👍

@DudeGrowsWeed, thanks for the input. I was able to safely remove the seed shell from the bottom of the tap root and this morning she's standing up for the first time!
