You can find many infos about that around the web but the best way to really know is to look at forum threads , a lot of growers already have this debate in the past and it appear that .... it's always 50/50 , some likes it , some hate it. But 24h is not enough , you will just report your harvest from 24h : go for 72h at least if you wanna try it and see a real result. According to me 72h of dark will help to decrease chlorophyl level so increase the taste and as thc is affected by light those 72h will be 72h of thc production.
