Use your ducting on your exhaust fan it helped me a lot with controlling the gnat population and it's free and organic

@Mosquito_Haarlem_Holland, if you have an exhaust fan for your tent that runs into a filter take the ducting from the fan and run it over your soil and over your stems, the fan will suck the majority of the gnats up
