Tried to apply LST on day 18 and heard the dreaded snap. About 10 cm up from the soil. Broke about 3/4 the way through. I taped it up and supported with wire, it took about 2-3 days for it to lift up again. But my plants starting to look healthy again on day 21. You can still see 1 side of the plant limp in the photos. The stem hasnt fully reattached yet.
Recovering well from earlier main stem break. It has had the same effect as topping only I got to keep the top. Was able to bend main stem again just 10 days after nearly splitting the palnt into two. I think i’ll end up with an even enough canopy. Small defol too, definitely very strong and resilient genetics. Still only feeding plain water.
Into flowering this week, still plain water only. Thumbs up to the soil mix. She hasnt stopped for a second 50 cm stretch in 14 days ‘after having main stem broken!’
Happy with this weeks growth, still only plain water, might start using some plagron green sensation in a week or two once the buds are more formed. Doesnt look to need any nutes for now.
Another good week. Running out of head space with her, thankfully upward groth seens to have stopped. Down to just 8.5 inches from the light. Still just plain water only. Slight defol at beginning of week before shes goes any further into flowering.
Started some nutes this week @ 50% rec dosage. Biobizz bloom and Plagron green sensation. Think shes suffering from light stress, 9.5 inches from the light is the furthest I can get, hopefully it doesnt effect yeilds to much. Another easy week apart from that.
Not much to do this week. 2 waterings and removed a few dying fan leaves from the bottom. Completely maxed out for headroom just 8.5 inches now. Hopefully not to stressfull.
Hi there GD community, can anyone answer? If I lower the amount of hours of light per day will it help with stress being caused by my grow light being to close to my plant?
She needs more food, not less light.
Find a nice 2-10-7 npk food for the plant, if you haven't already. That should perk her right up.
I hope this helps.
Another easy week, starting to see some nice contrasting colours on the buds now. The smell is starting to pick up a bit as well. Harvest is getting closer and closer…
Smells so good, like a cannabis bakery . I think the plant is in its last weeks now, possibly start flush at the end of the coming week. Really happy with how the buds look this week.
Halved the nutrients this week, I didnt think the plant was quite ready for flush. Will be starting the flush on the next watering, that should give about 2 weeks for finishing up. Hopefully 🤞🏻
Fair amount of mistakes made by myself during this grow and still finished with a decent looking harvest. This is an excellent plant. Will update weight when dry
