Hi @Maxranger! You can remove leaves at a very young age, if you do it slightly (2 leaves at a time, max), it can be useful if those leaves are creating shades onto lower stems. However, a real defoliation (more than 2 leaves) shouldn't be done until week 3-4, and only if the plant is healthy. Hope this helps, keep us up-to-date and happy growing! ๐
