36 days in and she's frosting up nicely, both are glistening with trichs. Upped the nutes a bit, seem to be doing alright although plant one has developed some brown spots on the lower fans. I'll get some pics up, any help would be appreciated. They both have completely different aromas, plant 1 has that mad fresh super sweet strawberry smell where as plant 2 has a sour almost vomit like strawberry smell, still very nice though! Looking forward to these a lot, i reckon another 3 to 4 weeks for plant 1 and 5 to 6 for plant 2. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

At what age would you guys start defoliation and how often would you trim? She's getting bushy and I'm tucking leaves but it's just not cutting it.

Hi @Maxranger! You can remove leaves at a very young age, if you do it slightly (2 leaves at a time, max), it can be useful if those leaves are creating shades onto lower stems. However, a real defoliation (more than 2 leaves) shouldn't be done until week 3-4, and only if the plant is healthy. Hope this helps, keep us up-to-date and happy growing! ๐Ÿ‘Š

@Stick, thanks for the advice ๐Ÿ‘much appreciated! I never usually have to defoliate this early but she's just so bushy it's unreal. Thanks again! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Personally I trim once near the end of veg then again about 1/2way through flowering. I also pull any yellowing or damaged leaves as needed along the way. Hope this helps. Good luck!๐Ÿ‘
