Skunk and Citrus terp profile. Taste matches the flowering phase smell somewhat. Beans were solid starters just not top tier genetics.

Some good shit, tad expensive though. Alternative options may be viable.
Good water soluble sugar liquid for a SIP
Plants LOVED the one top watering/feeding. Normally wouldn't use liquid nutes in an organic soil SIP. However... the Saponins and nutes helped catch up when we noticed nitrogen deficiency end of veg and wasn't ready to flush.
Plants need and love it
Lights
😍 We need to learn how to utilize this thing to its full potential. Dialing in kPa + PPFD will help but we still struggled with light stress/burn. May need CO2 to push it to the limit which is out of the question for our situation
Tents
Good costway tent that seems like it'll last at least 3-4 years. Good options for vents/ports all around. Material is 8/10 quality. Could have thicker poles but meh it's brilliant for the price.

Long time extractor, first time growing (both s/o and myself). Already starting the next grow. This was one plant/pheno in a 4x4 sharing a 600w light @ 75% or less the entire time. Only tracking ONE PLANT this harvest but for reference - we pulled just over a lb dry weight total from all 4. End dry weight - Buds: 104 grams - Sugar Trim - 35 grams End flower rosin - 14.5 grams (1st press) - 1.2 grams (2nd press) [Press 96 grams] ~15% yield (not great but expected from autoflower) Chopped a little earlier than desired (10/70/20 amber/cloudy/clear profile) due to a scare of a nanner. Being new growers, we recently learned we could have plucked the nanner off and let it flower another couple weeks. Dried branches at 65-70f/55-60rh for 7 days then stored in grove bags until pressed in 37u micron bag, ~180f, 2.5min.

7 weeks in plants seem happy. Should I top dress with dry amendments for flower now to be preemptive? Since I do not top water and use a SIP container, does top dressing even make sense when done early - or a waste? Figure they will need some P and K soon. First grow, TIA!

If you are using organic, you have to remember that the nutrients will take a couple weeks to become soluble. So good looks, there. If you don't top water, there isn't any reason for you to top feed. You might want to get hydroponics nutrients and add them to your sip system to feed that way. I hope this helps. Good luck!

Do you use indicators other than trichomes for harvest time? I'm aware of different ratios of clear/cloudy/amber depending on various locations. Curious about any other indicators you've noticed over the years? Thanks for sharing!😻

98-99% brown pistils = harvest maturity..........the simplest indicator............almost without fail, 10-30% amber trichomes every time.

To add or not to add fish shit. The bottle states that adding it during flushing will help break down salts and nutes, allowing flushing to happen faster. Seems logical to me though I hear JUST WATER is the way to go the last couple weeks. Whats the community standard?

No need to flush unless your over feeding and even then I don't know if it is needed as flushing has been proven to not do anything. One thing I have noticed is that by the end of the plants life it will start to eat dramatically less. By the time I am harvesting my EC values are usually half the amount as mid flowering. Good luck and Happy Trimming

Organic soil. I asked yesterday about something flushing related. Most folks commented and said that flushing did nothing or made no notable difference. If this is the case, does everyone flush since plain water is cheapest? Thanks in advance!

If you're using organic nutes, there's no reason to flush. Flushing removes chemicals from the soil and plant which some people can taste when they smoke the harvest... If you simply withhold nutes for the last week or two and give only pH'd water, that's basically flushing and there's no need to do anything differently. Good luck! The grow looks fabulous!

Not uncommon with ILGM. This late in flower any pollen you release won’t have enough time to seed anything. Personally, I’d pluck it and be done with it.

What do you think of the grove bags?
GrowWithTheFlow710
GrowWithTheFlow710
@Civicgrows, If you already have jars not worth the upgrade. If you're in the market to purchase cure containers or going out of town after harvest, I highly recommend them. Did a side by side against a burped glass jar and grove bag. After just 5 days cure, the grove bags have a much better aroma and no hay smell. The rosin even tastes better from the grove bags and they're nearly identical mixes of tops/lowers. Not only did the performance out-do a glass jar, it was easy to not have to burp or set timers/alarms.
