GDP for realz

April 12th: I'm going to do a clone run off of this mother plant so i can close out this diary and you lovely people can see how this pheno turns out! There are 11 clones total, at the moment. Only one is confirmed as established, but the others are looking good during the start of their second week in makeshift cloners. I'll update once all the clones are established and transplanted into 1.5 gallon pots. I'm guessing it will be another month or so, but hey, at least this grow is finally underway! I'm excited to see if my environment yields better results than my friend's, who was nice enough to flower a clone so we can see if this was the mother we wanted. We decided it was close enough on flavor and effect while we hunt through the other 7 seeds for a good breeding male and a better female pheno. Since it seems like all the popular cultivars have GDP in them, i'm trying to get the best phenos i can find. Once i do, i'll be able to backcross the cultivars i like that have GDP genetics in them. It'll be a fun project which i'll spread across several diaries.
