~ Auto Think Big®️ by Dutch Passion ~ Think Different XXL selection Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together cultivating Dutch Passion's Autoflowering version of their outstanding Skywalker Haze along with three other incredible autoflowers from Dutch Passion that I'm running separately, so buckle up and hold on! This will be a wild ride for sure! I've wanted to grow this strain for some time now and finally have an opportunity to see what I can do with it, and I've germinated two so double the fun! "Auto Think Big is a unique autoflower that originated from our world-famous Auto Think Different. It will therefore not surprise you that in terms of terpenes, this strain shows similarities with our Auto Think Different. Although some Auto Think Big phenotypes may have a similar terpene profile, she is usually slightly different in smell and taste to her parent. In general, Auto Think Big has a fruity, citrus-dominant aroma with mainly floral and sweet notes. She can also smell a bit creamy and pine-like. In terms of taste, she leans most towards citrus, lime and frankincense. When you smoke her in a joint or consume her with a vape, you will immediately taste her fruity sweet flavors. On both the inhale and exhale you can experience a strong citrus taste that reminds you of the zest of a lemon. If you're looking for yields that can easily yield between 1-2g/watt, this is the one for you." ** **Credit- Dutch Passion.com ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~ Grown in 15L Gronest geotextile pots filled with Mother Earth Grow 70/30 Coco/Perlite with Xtreme Gardening Mykos added. ~ Seeds were germinated directly in the medium without any 'pre-soak' ~ Seeds were planted three days before the Full Moon (Waning Gibbons) and sprouted within 72hrs, on the Full Moon. ~ Feeding will be by Lotus Nutrients (first time using) ~ 24hr light cycle while germinating ~ 20/4 light cycle after first leaves appear. ~ 4x8 Gorilla Tent ~ HLG 650R w/ 30w Supplemental UVA Bar controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. (also a HLG Blackbird for additional side lighting if necessary) ~ Supplemental co2 controlled by an AutoPilot APC 8200 co2 controller ~ AC Infinity Cloudline T6 with Controller 67 using a Terrabloom 6x24" carbon filter ~ De-Humidifier and Humidifier when needed. ~ 14k BTU IdealAir portable A/C unit plumbed into tent for temperature control. ~ BlueLab testing instruments ~ Two Hurricane 18" oscillating fans ~ Two 6" Clip-on fans ~ Two 10" floor mounted fans ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Update: 12/23- Here we go... Week Eight of flower's here and these gorgeous ladies will be finishing up shortly! I let both dry out today and just turned their pots.... damn they look sweet! 12/25- ❄️🎄🎅 MERRY CHRISTMAS FAM! 🎅🎄❄️ Both plants are looking great with the #1 finished and ready to go dark for 72 hours before being chopped and hung. The #2 is just about a day or two away from joining her sibling. The #2's flowers have a unique coloration that almost appears blueish due to the frost on them...pretty cool! Today they were both watered both to runoff with 73℉ well water that has a base 100ppm which I ph'd to 6.5 I also turned each of their pots 1/4 turn. 12/26- I'm letting the #2 Ultimate dry out today and will wait until tomorrow, then I'll check her trichomes and decide if she goes dark or gets watered. 12/28- Yesterday I checked the Think Big #2 and decided to go ahead and place her in the dark for 2-3 days, and then chop and hang her to begin the drying/curing process! The #1 will be getting chopped and hung tomorrow and I can't wait to see how these two gems finish out! I have the room I use for drying setup with a humidifier/de-humidifier along with temperature control. I'm keeping the temperature at 56-58℉ and the RH @ 50% for the first 24hrs, then I'll set it to 60% for the remainder of the drying period which should hopefully take 10-12 days but I'm fighting really low atmospheric RH so they may only take 8-10 days... the longer, the better! This grow has been so much fun and all the comments, support and ❤️that I've received have left me without any words except...
