3x Afghan Skunk *auto 2x potted 7/7/18 1x 9/7/18
1x Pinapple Chunk *photofem potted 7/7/18
germinated 7 seeds in damp kitchen towel in a dark warm press. 6 germinated within 24hrs and were potted in .5ltr pots. One Afghan skunk germinated within 72hrs and then potted. lightly watered with rain water. seeds all popped after planting within 24hrs. pots left in direct light inside.
added a tea spoon of chicken manure to three of them and see how the respond before adding to the others. rotating fan kept on at all times when plants are in doors.
all plants taking well to the manure adding to soil once a week. fans moved closer and higher setting to build stem strength. End of week 3 transplanted to 5gal pots outside with 50g of Manure per ft2. LSTing my Chunk,1xSensi and 1xAfghan. Reacting to LSTing very nicely. given root feed on transfer as well. Very nicely root balling before transplanted. growth kicking in now.
Growth starting to kick in since transplanted. Last two days had a nice bit of rain and the plants are loving it. signs of pre flower showing too on 3 out of 7.
plant growth really going now. lst going good new leaves emerging on exposed areas. one of the afghans that were being lst got nipped on the apex so I released her and started another. pre flowers really begin to show now too. hopefully flowerimg in the next 2 weeks with the daylight hours shortening.
Plants really starting to stink! all females and no hermies so far. 2 preflowering and 5 starting to pistil up. my complete experiment Sensi skunk is taking well to a bit of defoliation and is developing 8 potential colas from LSTing.
weather turned for the worst so plants were moved to indoor setup to push flowering with maximum light. 600watt hps bulb and ballast for 6 plants. fan on 24/7 and dehumidifier on at night. budding up really nicely and blew up in size since moving indoors. had to treat minor insect infestation from the transfer from outside to inside but everything seems to be doing OK.
flowering really taking now. most have bud sites bar my large Afghan and the female Pinapple Chunk. very strong weed smell now but no distinctive tones yet. crazy how different they all are.
Sensi skunks are budding up really nicely. Afghans are behind because they're still stretching a bit and my full female Pinapple is still stretching. smells are amazing very strong and Pinapple already very fruity smelling. Can't wait to see how they turn out
all covered in beautiful frostyness! Sensi skunk is a monster and getting fatter and frostier every day. Afghans are starting to fatten up and the Pinapple Chunk is just finished stretch and got very frosty too the last few days. this is exciting!
getting fat! Done a bit of defoliation to open up buddy sites. distinctive smells now, Pinapple a very potent cheese/skunk smell very strong and very very sticky. Sensi are very citrusy and afghani very earthy skunk smell and both of those strains producing a lot of sticky resin too. Im thinking about 2 weeks on the sensis might start flush in few days. and the afghans have about 3 weeks or so and my chunk will be last. Forgot to snap photo of my Chunk so better photos to come.
Sensi are coming to an end of first week flush. The LSTd Sensi was first to flower so half of her was ready to harvest. 9g wet trimmed hanging and drying now. the other sensis are gonna get the chop next weekend. everything going good so far..for now anyway.
Sensi skunk (lst) 32g wet 9 dry and curing.
Sensi skunk (FIMed) 98g wet.
Sensi main plant is being chopped today. 2 Afghans are a week into flush being chopped next weekend. Usual feeding for other afghani and the chunk. Afghans seem to carry a foxtail traits, 2 out of 3 foxtailing. Raised the Lst'd one to try atleast fatten the foxtails as much as i can. seems to working starting to look nice and fat.
sensi skunk total yeild:69g dry
very happy after a week drying and curing now the smoke is lovely, very sweet. very sticky resinous buds.
Main Afghani Auto chopped today 60g wet bu5 very potent smelling and very crystally. very earthy skunk smell. LST Afghan being chopped this weekend. Pinapple Chunk and the Afghan runt are gonna be very good yeilders im guessing and very pungent smells from both.
final grow report on afghani autoflower done when the last afgan is harvested.
Afghan and chunk smelling dank! started flushing a few days ago. next week is week 9 of flower on the last afghani, so then I'll give her a proper inspection and see when harvest is. Chunk probably has 2 weeks or so left.
