This is being done as a comparison to coco. I'll be feeding them the exact same nutes. Albeit at different stages because of how coco needs to be fed. I am in light mix so not much less than coco. These are 9 days behind the coco ones
Few weeks since I updated this. The coco has been a disaster I'll update that in a day or 2. These 2 are coming along nicely the skittles is a very fast flowering plant. Godzilla has been topped also.
Both of these are at different stages with the skittlez rushing ahead of the Godzilla. I've managed up till now to keep the height of the Godzilla down, not so much luck with the skittlez. On the last picture you can see the size difference between the Cocos and soil.
The skittlez has had it's last dose of feed. It will be flushed with flawless finish for at least 7 days.
The Godzilla has had more lst applied to fully open her out. I do think that the size of the other plants have damaged the Godzilla and skittles jsut by stealing light and covering them up. Another learning experience
Skittlez will be coming down this week, got a few ambers showing now gave it it's last dose of flush, it's not a big plant but the buds do look very nice with an array of colours. Harvest should be a sticky fingered night even tho it's just the one plant.
Godzilla has still got a few weeks to go before I even consider flushing her, I've gave her some great white and myco chum at 2ml as it's k heavy I thought any extra k will do it good, no sign of nute burn or anything all a nice uniform green colour. I accidentally snapped one one the branches I tied down last week, on the pics of the Godzilla you will see one side has more bud sites the other branch seems bare in comparison to the other side, the knuckle was taking a few days more than I would have liked to close up and heal so i just took the branch of from the snap, hopefully I've not pissed it off too much.
Let the battle commence. Looking forward to seeing how they go. When I finish messing up my current grow, I’m going to do similar with one small hydro with same sized super soil set ups. Good luck.
@Buffynuffy, ended up snapping the tip off the skittle earlier on. Accidentally but I'd of been doing so in a week, let's see the comparison vs the ones in coco, which I've told myself only lst no snapping or topping with them so I can just learn to get the feeds correctly.
@BarneyRumble420, cheers mate. I'm liking how that Godzilla is growing also, I've topped her as my friend did 2 only a few months back and they both ended up huge. I'll be doing quite alot of lst when she starts to stretch.
@Le_Duc_Du_Bud, yeah it's future has just begun this morning lol. Used a garden peg to pin her down the skittlez plant as those are quite tall. My friend has just done the Godzilla cookies which is the smaller one, he got 80g from his so I have very high hopes for that one.
