Honestly, it's not something I would worry about at all.. in fact, I've got a couple of those same holes on one of my ladies - I've ignored them and there haven't been any further holes... Catepillar holes are much larger and not so easy to miss... and the holes multiply daily... and other insects (thrips, aphids, spider mites, whiteflies) don't actually chew the leaf so that a hole is created...
I've not heard that a potassium deficiency would produce anything like that either - but even if it did, your molasses is more than adequate...
