cherokee 🇺🇦 Good evening, we are from Ukraine 🇺🇦 Well, friends, I’m very sad, really sad. Russia, a terrorist state, is shelling my country, destroying infrastructure, and every day rockets fall on us. These fascists are destroying the energy sector of my country; the war against the Russian occupiers has been going on for 9 months. We have no light! There is some, but only 5 hours a day due to emergency outages. Imagine living like that, 19 hours of blackout in complete darkness. When I started this growing cycle, there were no such problems. After shelling, we always repaired the damage and the light would return, but these occupiers have launched 8 rocket attacks in the last month and damaged our entire energy system, and we are living without light. The plants look very bad, which is not surprising since they only get 5 hours of light. I’m really sorry that I won’t be able to make this diary complete and show the full power of these autoflowers((( Glory to Ukraine 🇺🇦! Death to the enemies!!!

cherokee Hey everyone 🖖 This is how the plants looked when they were 16 days old, still weak and very small, but that's not surprising considering the light schedule. The girls are getting no more than 10 hours of light a day, which is really too little; autoflowers need a 20/4 light cycle to reach their full potential. Because the electricity goes out for so long, I thought about buying a generator, but that's very expensive and unsafe for an apartment building 💨. This week I started classic LST training for the autoflowers, and the plants are responding well to the stress. I also set my lamp to 100% power to help them out and give them more energy for growth. This is going to be a really fun diary, considering all the challenges that the Fast Buds genetics will have to go through; autoflowers were created to grow in harsh conditions. Let's see how they survive the tough conditions during the war, blackout with minimal light and heat. If cannabis can listen to music and react to it, as some experiments claim, I want to tell my girls "WELCOME TO HELL!!!" 🇺🇦 🇺🇦 🇺🇦

cherokee Hey everyone 🖖🇺🇦 Another week behind us 💪 In these 7 days, I actively trained my plants, set up a ring on one bush, and the LST is going very well. For the first time, the pots were watered to drainage with 2.5 liters per pot. The light day is still too short, with the plants getting light for 10-12 hours a day, which really slows down growth and development speed. I want to do some trimming, but I'll probably postpone that procedure until the 5th or 6th week.

cherokee Hello 🖖 Happy New Year 🎅 2022 was the worst year of my life! It was tough in every way, economic crisis, war....... I added a video, two rockets fell near my house on December 31, Russian Nazis shelled a residential area, a 22-year-old girl died..... 4 people were injured..... It was terrifying! We welcomed the New Year under rocket fire and the sound of alarm sirens in complete darkness...... Russia is a terrorist killer state 😣 This is my blog and I want to share my feelings and emotions here so that more people know what is happening. And now, the diary. This week the plants consistently received 20 hours of light, which really helped them grow bigger and stronger. I continue with LST training. This week there was a trimming of fan leaves, I often practice defoliation on autoflowers. I hope there won't be any light issues, the plants have already shown their "whiskers," which means the pre-flowering stage will be in about a week, I want them to grow even bigger and gain more "meat" mass. Once again, I wish everyone a Happy New Year. Peace to you and your families, and a peaceful sky so that rockets don't fly into your home. 🇺🇦 🇺🇦 🇺🇦

cherokee Hello everyone 🖖 Bad internet, constant power outages, it's getting hard to keep and update the diary. Let's continue. Mimosa Cake Logbook Entry number 5 This plant is suffering more than the others growing in the breathable Hercules pot and air pot. This autoflower is planted in regular 11-liter pots that, compared to the others, take longer to dry out after watering. In 2 out of 3 pots, there's a strong overwatering issue; I haven't watered them for 5 days now, but they aren't drying out. Plants 1 and 3 show clear signs of overwatering, their leaves are damaged and signaling excess water, and plant 1 has developed root rot. Even though I have 2 fans in my tent actively blowing on the bushes, the lamp is running at 100% power. Another strange thing is that plant 2 is developing well, even though all 3 pots receive the same amount of water; this week it was 1.5 liters of reverse osmosis water. This week, I did some defoliation and removed large, old, and damaged leaves. I'm also continuing to train them using the LST technique. I want to point out an interesting moment. All three Mimosa Cake bushes have genetic mutations, which you can see in the photos; on one level, plant 2 has 2 growth points. I've come to terms with the fact that this cycle will be unsuccessful, but I didn't expect that the light issues would be compounded by genetic and overwatering problems. Why does plant 2 not have overwatering while plants 1 and 3 do, even though all 3 pots are growing in the same plastic containers and receiving the same amount of water? That's a mystery to me. Let's see what happens next; maybe I'll cut them down and end the diary with them, as the yield will be very small and not worth the time and resources spent. I'm also worried that these plants might become hermaphrodites and pollinate the female plants with pollen, thus ruining my entire harvest. I want to remind everyone that autoflowers are a type of cannabis created to grow in stressful conditions and harsh climates; they should withstand low temperatures and grow in low light conditions. It's also very strange that they aren't flowering; it's been 35-40 days and they haven't started to bloom.

cherokee Hey everyone ✋ I missed a couple of weeks of the diary, it's time to catch up. Log entry 8 This strain is one of the most problematic in my garden, it has mutations as well as an overwatering issue. Two plants are in the flowering stage, one plant is in the vegetative stage, bush number three looks better than the ones that are flowering, it's stronger and bigger. I'm doing LST and defoliation. I hope to get a good yield from at least one pot and enjoy the Mimosa Cake. Oh, this FastBuds genetics is strange, either I'm unlucky or I'm doing something wrong. I want to test more seeds and learn their genetics better, hopefully, they'll send me more seeds for testing.

cherokee Hello everyone 🖖 Log entry 9 The diary is coming to an end, it was a tough cycle. Mimosa Cake is a temperamental girl, 2 plants are very small, bush number 3 turned out 50/50 normal. Today I watered for the last time with Delta 9 and Booster, the trichomes are still clear. I think the harvest will be in 2-3 weeks, I want to do a flush and get rid of the leftover nutrients in the substrate so that the smoke is smooth and tasty. Glory to Ukraine 💪✊🇺🇦

cherokee Hello everyone 🖖 We're heading into the home stretch with these mutants 😁. Today, I saw bananas (pollen sacs) on the plant on the left, this bush has become a hermaphrodite 😐, which is sad.... The other 2 bushes are mutants. The flowers are well-coated with trichomes, they're still clear even though it's been 90+ days. Yesterday, 3 kamikaze drones flew into my city, Russian terrorists and murderers killed 2 firefighters who were dealing with the aftermath of the explosions..... Innocent people continue to die in Ukraine at the hands of criminals, fascists, and occupiers from Russia. 💪🇺🇦

cherokee Hello everyone 🖖 Logbook entry 12 It all started at the end of November and is coming to a logical conclusion, to the harvest. Mimosa Cake 3 plants, all different from each other in size, color, and structure, the plant on the left has turned hermaphrodite and pollinated itself, its growth has slowed down, the flowers are not gaining mass, it is not ready for harvest yet. The plant in the center and the plant on the right will be cut down tomorrow, I watered the pots several times with clean water and placed them in a separate tent for 48 hours without light. I plan to save some money for a lamp, tent, seeds, fertilizers, a generator, and rent a new place where I can set up the electricity generator. If any company wants to make donations / donate to me and help with my plans, please write to me.

cherokee Hey everyone 🖖 Log entry 15. Mimosa Cake is the last plant out of three, all three were mutants with their own mutations. After 4 months, it's time to harvest. This plant is bigger than the ones I've already cut, but still not big enough, the buds are small and airy. I'm watering the pot with clean water, today I'll turn on the light for 48 hours and then cut the plant.

@Civicgrows, thanks bro. Actually, it doesn't look very good. 2 plants have genetic deviations. Also, because I had almost no light, they got stressed. There was overwatering, and the pots didn't dry out due to the lack of electricity. This cycle didn't work out for me ((( The yield will be small, the buds are very densely covered with trichomes, and the terpene profile is rich with a sweet aroma. I will happily smoke these flowers and treat my PTSD.

@SirSalami, Hello friend 🤝. It's very nice to read your message. We live in a harsh world ((( terrible things are happening in some corners of our planet (((. We shouldn't give up and feel sad, everything will be fine, good always triumphs over evil. Growing is my hobby, and thanks to it, I forget about what's happening around me; cultivating cannabis makes me happy. Thank you for your support and kind words 🤝💪. My assistant cat 😁 and I will continue to keep diaries and share news. I also want to wish you all the best 💪 as we say in my country, I wish you happiness, health, long life, lots of money, and a peaceful sky above your head 🙂. Sincerely, cherokee from 🇺🇦

@Lungboi, Thanks, bro 🤝 When explosions are heard every day in your city, you eventually get used to it; the war has been going on for a year, 365 days of being killed. I don't know how Ukrainians stay strong; we have no choice. Those who are not on the front lines live ordinary lives, go to work, take their kids to school and kindergarten while living under shelling. Men are banned from leaving the country, so there are no options; I can't even leave to earn money for my family. Cannabis ran out 3 months ago, and to avoid going insane, I have to take tranquilizers and alcohol, which is really bad. Ukrainians have no other option but to keep living; it's terrible that this is happening in the 21st century, sometimes it feels like a dream. The worst part is that earning money is becoming harder every day, prices are rising, inflation is terrible... It will get worse.
