Just dropped three skywalker seeds into a shot glass less than 30 minutes ago. The plan is 100% soil grow using FF nutes, 18/6 for veg and 12/12 for flowering. I'll be using the Scynce raging kush 2.0 led so if anyone has a good light recipe I'd love to here from you. I'll probably stay with 5 gallon fabric pots. Anyways thought it would be nice to start the new year with a new crop.

All 3 past the germination. In fact I found a fourth seed in the bag thus she will be a little delayed. Started them in FF happy frog, tap water @ 6.5ph. Just bought a TDS pen and first reading was 445. If you look closely at the pics I have both a humidifier and heater. Nights have been cold and days have been low humidity. Took about 2 days of tweaking to get the temp and RH set. I had to move the tent to the garage and that was super easy but the challenge was environment. Week 2 I'll begin a low nute diet.

Not much has changed other than giving them their first nutes. FF Big Bloom cut down to 25%. I'll give them a couple more weeks in their solo cups then switch them to either 5 gallon pots or maybe 10. Thoughts anyone???

Week 3, Still in their cups. They seem to like their cozy home for now. Just picked up for bags of FFOF and will transplant them Monday. On the fence on either 5-gallon fabric pots or 10-gallon plastic. Skywalker can grow big if you let it. BTW I'm using the standard recipe for the grow lights for those that are using Scynce RG II. No issues with any type of insects which is nice for a change. I had to install a small floor heater. The SoCal lights got too cold for them. I'm going to let them grow all natural, no topping or SOG. Of course, light pruning but that's it. I'm sticking with FF nutes and using much less compared to outdoor grows.

Transplanted them on Saturday but didn't have time for photos. No issues in the move to the new fabric pots. Took the time to break up the soil (clumps) and give it a good PH water bath prior to transplanting. Temp, light schedule air flow all remains the same. Note I should have moved them sooner as the roots were bound in the cup. with that I expect to see some decent growth this week.

Not much has changed but did see a growth spurt after the transplant. Increased their nutes a bit but not to the recommended amount by Fox. Nights have been very cold in the 30's but have a small heater that keeps them warm at night. Can't wait to see the electrical bill on this one. BTW the small pots have a basil, tomatoe and parsley. Those will remain for a few weeks then go outside when it warms up.

Lots of growth this week. They are showing a little nute burn so I cut back on nutes. Has been unusually cold so the heater is been working overtime. Another issue is higher than normal humidity. Since the grow tent is in the garage its hard to maintain the humidity without a dehumidifier. I'll push the grow cycle another 3 maybe 4 weeks to get them taller. I have plenty of room with only four plants. The smell is beginning to get stronger daily.

Week 7 done and began a small defoliation from the bottom. Next week I'll add the pictures. With all the rain the humidity has been around 55%. more than I like. Overall everything is going good and just two more weeks I'll switch to flowering. No changes in anything else.

Well this is their last week for vegetation. (btw, late entry). I've been very busy and missed a watering. The pics show them wilting but after giving them some much needed H20 they perked right up. I will be switching to flowering next week using the built in recipe from Scynce. No changes or adjustments. I did cut back on the nutes as I did not see a need to keep adding more if there is no visual sign. I did some bottom pruning, mostly popcorn and some fan leaves.

First week of flowering and I'm already seeing them change. The smell is increasingly stronger. No change in nutes but an increase in water. Went from half gallon to just over 3/4's of a gallon. Note on nutes I do not flush my FF nutes. I also do not give them full strength either.

2nd week of flowering and must say they are really taking off. I had to post a day early due to schedule. I lowered their nitrogen and increased the big bloom a little. Watering is no every 2 days. Our water is hard with chlorine thus I let it sit for 24 hours to off gas the chlorine. I always need to ph the water to get it down. I never had to use cal-mag as I haven't seen the need. I did clean up the bottoms by removing full stems and popcorn bud. Some of the massive fan leaves also turned yellow on the bottom but expected that once flowering began. Not use to trimming so I am going slow on this. BTW, I already planning the outdoor grow beginning May 1st for germination.

Sorry for the late entry, have been busy doing outdoor chores. Anyways, things are going well and they are beginning to thicken up this week. They are also consuming more water. I did a lot of pruning and trimming of fan leaves. Most are turning yellow and dropping fast. The smell has increased. Still keeping a low amount of nutes going only once a week. I don't see a need unless they ask...

This week not to much to add. Continue to reduce nutes, and also slowly increasing the PH. Normal PH around 6.3 and increasing very slowly. We are headed into a warm week with mid 80's to low 90's. Turned off the small heater. To maintain RH this coming week I'm trying to plan by either watering more often with less amount or go back to humidifier. Did remove more fan leaves rotated the plants by 180 degrees. The smell is getting stronger and stronger. Tried to get a close ups of the crystals but I'm not so good at that.

This week I did a lot of pruning and FIMing the bottom. Also cut way back on the nutes again. With harvest around the corner I really wanted to get rid of a lot of the chems. I also began looking at the trichomes and all are still clear with only a few that are milky. The buds are getting thicker every week. Was hoping by now they would have been thicker but I'm guessing its because I left most of the popcorn buds on too long. This coming week I'm prepping for another outdoor grow. White widow and blue dream are the flavors this summer. More to come...

Well I did need to add more PK due to brown spots. I did give them a small dose. Thx to "gottagrowsometime" for catching this!! I added some 2 days ago and hopefully it helps. A bunch of low level fan leaves are turning yellow and dropping.

Not too much to report this week. Last week's nute feeding seemed to help. The flowers are a bit greener and slowly getting thicker. I might need to harvest one plant early. Not sure if she is done but many of the sugar leaves are dying and I'm worried about mold forming from the dead leaves. I'm removing as quickly as possible but we'll see. The other three are doing well. FYI, I'll be starting a new journal called white and blue. Outdoor grow for white widow and blue dream. Already germinated four and placed them outside.

Last week I found a few flowers that appeared to have mold. I didn't take a chance and removed them. Checked everyday and have not seen anymore. Lucked out I guess. We have had a few humid days. I'll need to invest in a de-humidifier for the next indoor grow. I took some pics up close of the trichomes but they are not ready yet. I removed any sugar leaves that became brittle/dry. Again concerned with rot/mildew. I have two clip fans running plus the exhaust fan to scrub the air.

First time growing Skywalker and she was easy. I did miss during flowering nute deficiency but once corrected they responded very well. Grow was a bit longer but I was waiting on amber trichomes. The top buds were hand trimmed and very sticky. Rest were done in a bowl trimmer.

@gottagrowsometime,, Thx for the tip. I will wait until mor turn amber. The smell is insane and can't wait to get to this. Must be patient as I put in a lot of work for them. Thx again my friend.

@dcoakley, then, you shouldn't harvest mate. A plant hits its peak thc wise when she's fully cloudy. Pistil wise ambers/white % only define its taste.. 90-95% cloudy. All that hard work. You'll be mad to pull early. Good luck with it bro.

@gottagrowsometime, I was wondering why they were turning brown. I just gave them some yesterday but just a little. I am planning on harvesting around the 17 or 18th . Just concerned with having nutes in them. The trichomes are still clear and only a few are cloudy.
