I'm about halfway flowering period of the grow of my first 3 indoor autoflowers (runtz, northern light, mokum's tulip) The edges of the top leaves are turning purple, is this normal? or might there be a problem?
I'm growing in a very small tent (40x40x120 cm) with a 65watt led.
You're well on your way to the finish line and your plants are showing you this, they can turn many colors during the ripening period and purple is one of them, if you have a look at my LA confidentials you'll see some beautiful purples from my girls, you're doing fine and likely your night time temps are dipping lower to 16 or 17 and that's another factor for leaf coloration, some growers intentionally lower the temps like myself to get that coloration....Good luck, they look fine and healthy..
The Northernlight auto plant has been harvested yesterday. The other 2 plants need a little longer before they ready to harvest. I guess this will be their last week.
I've used to always smoke Nothern Light for years from the coffeeshop, this plant is better then all the Northern Light I've smoked before. very nice taste, typical Northern Light, and a very potent effect. Awesome!
RQS Northern Light auto, it was a nice and easy grow. It is my first indoor grow. I've grown 3 plants in a small tent of 0,16m2 (40x40x120cm) in 7 liter pots and a 65 watt led light.
taking this in account, I think the harvest is pretty nice.
the other 2 plants need a couple more days before they're ready to harvest.
the smell is great, now starting the drying and curing process, looking forward to the first try of this plant.
update March 28, the final result after drying is 12 grams. I expected a little more, but the taste and effect are better than any other Northern Light variant I've ever tried, its so sticky and full of trichomes. I'm definitely going to grow another RQS Northern Light auto this summer.outdoors.
