BogusMonkey Something is not quite right and I am suspecting root rot already... - I have had a jug of hydroguard for about a year and never broke the seal on it. -

BogusMonkey Reservoir total filled to 20 Gallons.. 300 ML Grow - 200 ML Micro - 100 ML Bloom - 40 ML Hydro Guard. New system - Just seems like my roots should be slightly bigger at this point... Slow and steady wins the race.

BogusMonkey I am not changing the Res. It has been exactly 1 week since last change. I will wait until either Wednesday or a full 2 weeks. All I have done is add 15 Mil total of HydroGuard. If I see the slightest change or problem, changing the res out is going to be FIRST. I have never Scrogged before.. Ever.. I am not a pro by any means but I am not a newbie at growing in general anymore either. Any suggestions or guidance in the Scrog process would be appreciated. I will do research here all this week coming up. Please send scrog tips... Hahaha

BogusMonkey This should be the last night for the drip system. Changing to low pressure aeroponics by tomorrow evening. I will get fresh pictures updated. The roots seem to be off the charts. The color of the roots on that one picture sort of shows a slight yellow tinge. That is caused by the lighting spectrum. Trust me, The roots are as white as a ghost. Temp of solution is a hair high but the hydroguard seems to be doing it's job. Res was changed after 10 days... So, Wednesday... My only complaint is it seems a little slower than my last couple of grows but it is a new system, piping and all.

BogusMonkey I tried the scrog. My room was designed for 1 plant, then I made it for 3 and now I am running 5 which is my legal limit. It was built for this purpose. The reality of it is - I just cannot fit or reach back far enough to tuck the branches under in the back of the room. I still have a couple ounces each of the last 5 grows I ran through there... I do not sell or distribute... When this current run is over I'm going to take all my old weed and run it through a bubble bag with some dry ice and make edibles.. I have enough that I am running out of safe places to stash it in my house. So... The whole scrog deal is a bust. I gave them a giant hair cut / defoliation. At the end of this week, you will never know I did it. I am going to let them recover and either flip mid week or at the beginning of week 7.

BogusMonkey Nothing really new to report or show off. Everything is the same for the most part. 12/12 for 5 days tops. Now it is just a waiting game. And the root systems are gargantuan. Aero is getting bigger pump. hopefully today.

BogusMonkey That lonely time between flipping and the start of buds. I would say 9 days into 12/12. The stretch is on. I have gave them a trim twice now and will probably thin one more time. I have Lolli Popped the first one and plan on doing 1 or 2 more but not all. A little larf never bothered me. It's all for personal use anyways. Res is on a 10 day schedule and was last changed Wednesday 4 days back. Next res change will be when I post this Saturday 4/1 - The fan leaves smell like veg but are extremely sticky as I gathered them up to pitch them. I could probably roll a small ball off the resin in my hand just from fan leaves. Long long ways to go. Any and all comments welcome - including you are doing it all wrong.... Knock yourself out.

BogusMonkey Stretch was a little longer than I expected and more than I am used to or care for as far as current internode length. However, I am keeping an open mind!!! The very few pictures of this version finished that are out there on the internet are keeping me calm and sane. AND I did veg maybe 2 weeks longer than I usually do. Hope the stretch is over but we will have to wait and see. I chose flowering when I posted this week because the nubs of buds are showing. Anyone following along knows I been at 12/12 for 2 weeks +. They are sure drinking up solution and it is not raising my PPM's - so they are eating as much as they are drinking in my book. Changed solution PM of 2 Apr.

BogusMonkey And then there were three. One was an all out hermie. The other had a female flower on one side and a ball or 2 or 3 on the other side all over everywhere, every stem on the plant. Internode length is anywhere from 4.5 to 7.5 inches depending on where I am measuring it on the plant. There are no light leaks, Temps, PH, PPM's overall everything is dialed in. BogusMonkey Very disappointed with this grow. I plan on seeing it to the end. I'm not going to outright bash ethos just yet but... I stand behind the statement that there are some seed companies out there (Maybe not ethos) who are more interested in pumping this stuff out and fancy pants packaging it, BEFORE they take the time to stabilize the genetics they have created by doing all the back crosses. BogusMonkey The stretch looks like it is finally over. Trichomes are pouring on. I still will not all out bash Etho's. I am arranging new genetics for the next run. I added a couple powder supplements from Fox Farms. The skunky fruity mix of smell is light at this point. There is something else in the air/smell, and I can't quite put my finger on it just yet. This is suppose to be some fire killer shiz when it is finished. I sure hope so after all the ups and downs, nannas and balls. I guess we will all have to wait and see. Next res change in 10 days - Wed. May 3rd. 27 Apr - Looking a little like I might owe Ethos and their fans a little bit of an apology ... Have to wait and see. - Too early to start counting chickens just yet.

BogusMonkey Building a little, they look more like Golf Balls than Donkey Dings. - Hurry up and wait. - 10 Days of Res means change on the very next post/Saturday. My plan at this point is to go 10 weeks of flower. I will be getting the scope out and have some early trichome pictures up during the week coming up with editing and addition here.

BogusMonkey 3 plants. Front and Back ones are not really stacking. Middle one seems to be. I probably stay away from Ethos for quite awhile. Still plan on going 10 weeks total. I could probably harvest now, I like mine with a little more amber.

BogusMonkey I guess they could be slightly stacking. Irregular at best. Just have to wait and see. That solution was 225 ML in 30 Gallons of H2O. It still only registered 600 on the BlueLab stick with all the little blue lights like a drag race tree. Next week I will "Drought" them until they just barely start to wilt and then the following week hopefully flush them and hopefully be done.

BogusMonkey I had internode lengths of 8 and 1/2 inches. Best taste and best smell I ever had... Just average buzz.. Nothing Fancy or Special about the high... Would not recommend - would not grow again... I would not grow Etho's seeds again if they were given to me for free... If they ever become the last seed company on earth, my growing days are over... Too bad... They sure have lots of fancy packaging and some real pretty names for their products... My 2 cents for what it's worth. (Nothing)
