What is happening? One is super healty, another super tiny and the other seem like is gonna die…

This is autos for you mate.
I've grown autos of the same strain and you'll never get the same or near results. Also small factors like how you packed the sub and a few other small things could of threw something into the process. Give your seedlings at least 7-10 days and if they not into Veg by then. You'll have an issue.
They should push through. Try not feed anymore to the one that sickly.. could be damping of the stem. I can't see with the burp.
Relax and give them some time. Your runt might turn out to be your biggest in the end.
Autos have a mind of their own pal.
Just relax and wait at least until the time I said.

In truth this weird auto grew like one or two weeks faster than the sister and bigger, i dont know man

The light is not strong enough to fatten up those buds. The light is the main dish for cannabis. So if you use a stronger light you will grow fatter plants.
And just to take your doubts away, this is not a hermie and you will still get some nice weed to smoke from your plants.
But if you want big fat buds you need to use more light. At least 200-300 watts per square meter. 400-600 is giving the best results.

looks like foxtailing.. you've got a 50w light covering how much space? might need a bit more to form more solid nugs.
gentics can be a cause too. go google search 'dr. grinspoon' and see an extreme case of stem elongation in flower, lol.

As Creepy_Steve has said, it's all about the trichomes, pistils and density... but weed can throw you a curve ball... I've had some grows where the trichs never did start to turn amber... but the smoke was terrific... (grab a microscope, jeweler's loupe or just zoom in with your camera as far as you can and then zoom the resulting pic). Density isn't a really good measure - again, lots of variation in density depending on the strain and how well the plant was grown. Pistils are a good indicator if all else fails... them AND seeing a good fade going on with your plant....

The most accurate way to tell when the weed is the most potent for harvest is to look at the trichomes.
You can buy a 60x-100x pocket microscope to look at the trichomes. You can get one from 10 dollars or so. When most of the trichomes are cloudy and 10% is a brownish amber color it is time to harvest.
The other method is to look at the pistils. When 80% is brown it is time to harvest. But this method is way less accurate then looking at the trichomes but it is the second best method.
