Hello growers! What a week. We transplanted them into the pots and hooked up the blumats. They will go for a week or two and then we will take some clones. The widows and the banner are regular seeds so they might not be female. But to save seed I always clone them. And if I get a male I will just make some seeds. As you see in photos, the tent flooded on us. I heard that “everything’s better when wet” ( what song is that from?) but we cleaned it up. It happened 1 more time in a different pot. We gotta watch them a little better starting out. The soil we use is just reused from the last run. I didn’t measure the dry amendments to close. Maybe a 1/3 cup of cottonseed, bio-live, crab meal, blood meal, bone meal, and a 1/4 cup of the rest. We should get a soil test, maybe when our state goes legal for recreational use. So we are not the best at what works together better, but we are learning, and will measure it out next time. Only way to know if you’re getting better is to start keeping better records. Anyways the gruntz is taller than all the rest. I think it might be related to the Bruce banner cause the leaves are very similar. They have the same saw tooth pattern on leaves. The widows I’ve grown before and they are pretty too. Leaves are pointed more, longer fingers tighter saw tooth. I started them under a viperspectre led light, and the node spacing is real close together so far. Now under the HLG r-spec, it will be fun to see what they do. The widows are a compact plant just not sure on the other two. It will be just water and maybe some microbes for the next few weeks. If you see something we should do, let us know. Thanks for stopping in. Hope you all can spread some love and share some bud!
