Here I’m growing one of Royal Queen Seeds’ new F1 hybrid strains, Titan F1.
To germinate I put the seed between a folded paper towel, then wet it with water that had been left in a little beaker for a few days to let it adjust to room temp, between two small plates in the dark at room temperature.
I checked it 48hrs later and the tap root was out so into the soil it went.
Another 2 days later the seedling emerged. Success! 🍾🎉
Big thank you to Royal Queen Seeds for the tester 🙏🔥🌱
This little one was taken from the wet paper towel and planted straight into a 20L fabric container consisting of 50% light mix, 40% coco, and 10% perlite. It’s my first time trying this combination. 🤞
I pre soaked the soil a few days before planting, then gave a little watering on the day of planting. 🌱
She seems happy 👍
Microbes - once per week
Light - 50%@50cm
Thank you Royal Queen seeds for the tester 🙌
Thank you guys for the support 🙌🤜🤛
So week 2 of veg has come to an end and I’d say she looks like she’s doing ok! 👌
I’m gonna increase calmag to deficiency correction levels next week because I recently heard that coco clings to organic calmag which means you need to give more. 🤷♂️ I did a quick google search to confirm this and a guy from biobizz says the same thing on YouTube.
Microbes - once per week
Light - 70% @ 50cm
Big thanks to all you guys 🙌
And big thanks to Royal Queen Seeds for providing the tester! 🙌
So week 3 has come to an end and I’m really happy with her so far. She’s growing like there’s no tomorrow!
She still looks like she wants more mag though I think so I’m gonna increase calmag to 1ml/L next week.
Mibrobes - 0.2g/L once per week
Light - 65% @ 50cm
Big thanks to all you guys! 🙌

Well it’s the end of week 4 and she’s made good progress since the last update. 👌
I defoliated all the fan leaves leaves from the main stem, and tied down the first 3 sets of side branches. She’s looking happy.
More LST to come during stretch.
Microbes - 0.2g/L once per week
Light - 65% @ 40cm

Well week 5 has been another great week of growth!
Flowering started and she’s gaining some height across the canopy.
I tied down more side branches and also HST’d the main stem which was surprisingly rigid. I had to pinch it quite hard a few times to soften it up. Also clipped 2 more fan leaves from the main stem.
Microbes - 0.2g/L two times a week
Light - 65% @ 45cm
Watering - when top of soil is dry, water to run off.
Big thanks to you guys for stopping by! 🙌🍻

She’s doing great!
Good amount of potential colas!
She’s got taller this week but I’m hoping for a bit more stretch next week so I can open her up a bit more under a screen🤞
Microbes - 0.4g/L once a week
Light - 50cm @ 65%

Week 7 has come to an end and she’s definitely being pushed to the limits. She’s got slightly light stressed leaves, and also has burned tips from heavy feeding.
So I’m not gonna increase nutrients as planned next week. I’m gonna go with 3/4 strength of what I was planning to give. I’m also gonna dim the lights a very tiny bit.
I defoliated her at the start of the week, taking inner and lower leaves out from the centre of the plant.
About halfway through the week I made the decision to spread out her with ties instead of a scrog net. I like how it turned out. 😎

It’s the end of week 8 and apart from some nute burn and minor light stress I think she’s doing great.
After going with 75% of the recommended dose this week, her nutrient burn still worsened slightly. So next week I’ll be lowering it again just a tad until I see the tips have stopped getting worse.
I already reduced the bio grow a bit more than the rest, but started giving more Top Max (humid acid).
I also adjusted the light power down a touch to 62.5% because a lot of leaves have pointy up edges which I think is a sign of light stress.
The distance is the same as last week at 40cm.
Microbes - 0.2g/L twice a week
Lights - 62.5% @ 40cm
Humidity - 40-50% lights on, 50-60% lights off
Big thanks for stopping by! 🙌

The end of week 9 is here and unfortunately the nute burn got a tiny bit worse. I’ve also spotted a few calcium spots.. Calmag is going back to 1.4ml/L next week and I’m cutting the bio grow out. I don’t know why Biobizz’s only option for extra PK is in the bio grow…🤷♂️ annoying. Hopefully without the NPK from the bio grow, the nute burn won’t get worse. Run off did come out a bit lower than expected so to me that’s an indication she isn’t taking everything I’m giving her. Probably the N!

It’s the end of week 10 and she’s starting to swell up nice.
I didn’t give her nitrogen this week, and gave low doses of everything else.
Seeing a few milky trichs but still loads of glassy ones and not really any ambers. I think a week maybe 2 max should do it.

End of week 11:
She’s nearly there but not quite finished maturing yet. Still waiting on more milky and amber trichomes.
The buds are looking pretty and leaves are starting to fade. 🍁

Produced some lovely bud! The smell is very hard to describe right now. I’ll have to come back to that after it’s dry.
It grew very compact and stayed quite low. She had super fast growth and branching in the early stages. Nice bud formation with loads of trichomes too.
Edit: I’m back a week later with some lovely dense and smelly buds ready to be cured. The smell is like fruit and diesel ⛽️ . I tested a bud and she already packs a punch but I know those flavours will shine more after being cured.
The end is here!
She’s been chopped into separate branches and is hanging to dry. I put a humidifier back in the tent this time to keep it at around 60% RH. Temp is 20C. There’s fans circulating air but no direct breeze towards the buds. Air flow is good.
Big thanks as always! 🙌🍻
