First Grow Ever

Nearly killed plants by not monitoring PH, letting it get too high then thinking it was nitrogen deficiency so over feeding synthetics. Glueberry OG is so hardy that it barely noticed a problem but Forbidden Zkittlez is struggling to recover. Got the BlueLab PH pen and a decent soil test kit. Live and learn.

Good grow week. Got the PH under control.

Topped 2 of my 3 plants. They quickly recovered and ended up with 4 growth points on top instead of one. Probably should have done much earlier.

Afraid I grew them too big. Gonna get really close to lights soon.

Putting on good flower. Trichomes are getting really visible.

Natural humidity is coming up in my area, so had to get big dehumidifier for outside of grow tents and probably a couple small ones for inside. Gotta keep that VPD right.

Some really nice aromas. Lemon sour candy from Glueberry OG and bubble gum from Forbidden Zkittlez. Occasionally a little pepper from one of the Glueberry.

Got humidity down below 55% but above 60% during night. Trichomes are really getting thick and flowers are nice and dense. Trichs are still mostly clear with a few milky. Getting close. I'm excited.

Amazing genetics. Got 12 oz of great quality flower from 2 plants. Potency ranged from 16% to 22% THC. One pheno has that great sweet skunk/lemonine smell to it and the other mainly just lemonine. Really enjoyed growing this one and will run it again. I will try change some things to increase the yield but I was very pleased with it.

It really was a beautiful plant but unfortunately, I had to throw out the entire harvest due to mold or bud rot. I took someone's advice and raised the humidity during night hours to increase terpenes. It did seem to work because the flowers were stacked and sticky. However, less than a week after starting that I was fighting fuzzy gray mold. I tried spraying with baking soda water which did seem to kill it but after harvest and dry it still had a horrible mold smell, so I threw it all away. I will try to grow this strain again in a few months.
