So, after seeing the N deficiency and feeding it some protein, I noticed after all this time there were no new roots forming in the sencond zone in the hydroton, so I thought maybe I forgot to drill holes to let the roots through. Turns out when I was moving things around, only the very bottom of the basket was in the water, so the hydroton was mostly dry and the roots were drying up before getting to the water. So this week I made a new carrier for the pot to sit further down in the water and this should remedy future N deficiency as the roots will be getting the nutes from the aquaponic system. Plant still looks great, started LST this week to help fill the width of the screen. Will be moving into the tent after my widow gets harvested.

Had the ph get off on me, so luckily due to my design of the pots I’m able to remove them from the grow bed with out disturbing the roots too much, as I needed to flush the soil. Perked up a little almost immediately.

So this week started with a flush and put her out in the sun for a little bit, though she seemed to perk up a little bit, she’s still been lime green all week. The soil doesn’t seem wet and I’ve only watered the soil once this week, I do have a soil ph meter and it still shows high ph, then when I start to flush, the needle goes down to around 7, so I’m not sure where to go from here

So she has been getting lighter the last couple weeks since the soil became too wet from being too deep in the aquaponic water, figure it’s ph related but I flushed her twice, each time ph came down, but didn’t seem to help, am I going the right direction or is it just N def now?

Tough to say with such a unique set up - but it looks hungry overall IMO or may be because of your pH issues. Could have some root issues going on, especially if you had the soil too wet for an extended period of time.. I know the fish provide some nutrients to the plant but if that’s all you’re depending on for the feeding of the plant I think that will be problematic. I’m no aquaponic expert. Soil nutes are likely entirely depleted at this point.

Much better this week, gave her a couple good feedings and now she’s darkening up and perked up quite a bit, I guess I didn’t realize I hadn’t been feeding this one much with everything I had going on, but I won’t forget he again. Lol

I think she’s done stretching, buds are starting to develop more. Buds and leaves are looking very sugary. 😋

She’s really starting to fill out this week, buds and leaves are super frosty, so far it looks just like my silver haze scrog grow. Got 4 ounces off of that so hopefully the same on this one, doesn’t smell very sweet…. Until you touch her lol, then you get a nice zesty scent

Still smells oh so cheezy, everything looking nice and frosty these days, buds are starting to fatten, looking like sugar donuts. I looked up the fox tailing and I read someone’s comment that blueberries, and uk cheese does that, so it must be normal for this strain as this is a cross of both of those things lol

This one kinda snuck up on me lol, I didn’t realize how fast this one finishes so it was pretty much done when I started checking the trichs. Smells very strong dank smell and fruity when you touch it. I feel like the buds would be fatter if there were less branches, and a little more even on the scrog, but I still had fun watching her form. My first mostly indica so I’m excited to try it! 👍
