I water my plants every 2-3 days and keep up with defoliation at the bud sites. I have to redo the low stress training with every watering, but I guess that's just how micro growing works. Currently, I'm using 5 LED lamps (20 W) and can't do much more because of the temperatures, but so far everything looks fine.

Hard to believe that 20 watts gave this loot, cuz knowing that you require some kind of PPFD too give them atleast life, knowing that i am amazed by what you achieved. Ill be following you and see how you keep doing with this low wattage!!! that would be amazing reducing the wattage by 90%!!
