Day 84 (19/05/2023):
7Th week of 12/12 in the 4x4 and 39th day in the 3x3.
They are no more young wooman but entred their autumn and it smells a lot deeper ! Even with the carbon air filtesr and some ONA a bit everywhere, as soon as there is a watering, the place is perfumed for a while => I ordered a air ioniser that should help avoiding any inconvenience with the neighbourhood.
Panama's won't take 12 weeks to be ready and suffered a bit from the foliar PK but they are doing fine. They have very strong side branches and don't need any support. Not the same with the Malawix PCK Malawi dominant; It started to fatten and needed branch support => Lazy, I waited a while and finally placed a 2nd net. The plants like it; although harvest isn't going to be easier...
The PCK domiant takes less light, it still fattening nicely. Both plants have a very distinct smell, very complex and they both stick a lot. Same with Panamas'. I already can't wait to taste them.
A little younger in the 3X3 but however also not young anymore. And it smells too. Plants are fattening.
Do-G and Brain cake have to be watered every 2days, their 3.4 L pot is definitely too small for them, especially the Do-G.
The Zamaldelic x Kali China has a very very strong smell kind of sour/minthy/ gas/fuel/sweet comlex mix and is covered with trichomes.
Some fattening ans a few trichomes on the THC bunker buster but not the snow white that it uses to produce.
@gottagrowsometime,Hi and thank you gottafrowsometime. There are certainly lots of talented breeders out there. I grew cannabis between 14 and 17 and some decades later with covid.
However, something like 50 years +with mother Mary on my side.
I have been lucky in my youth and was.. ignorant 3 years ago. So jumped on strains by the name, amount of THC bla bla etc.. and popularity :).
Well.. to come back to breeders, Ace seeds doesn't need any marketing or barely not any neither than appealing strain names:
Once they get a customer, they keep it forever :) :
They worked at their products with heart, passion and clear vision. And indeed, even when I messed things, always super quality and great harvest. 1st quality for what's commonly waited for : potency, taste smell and number of dry g but way more for searchers/travellers or/and to work at yourself.
It took me 2 years to learn this, I'm not affiliated or anything like that. Only wish to share what I wish someone would have shared with me. It never happened so asking earlier makes no sense :).
Best.
