So I made it to the end of this grow and cant be happier with the results. She gave me 4 1/2 ounces of some nice bud and was super easy to trim. Will update with a smoke report in about a month. Thanks for all the support/ advice etc from everyone who stopped by you are awesome 😜😎😎

does it smell cheesey?

@ROM101, I’ve had some Barney’s freebies for a while. Decided to start growing them. I may try a Red Diesel soon too. I’m really liking the way their Peyote Critical is growing.

@stinkfox, hell yeah that's a pretty big vote of confidence in the smoke of this strain so I'm really excited now mate😀 can't wait to see you grow the triple cheese I've had my eye on that and the pineapple chunk from Barneys for a while😉

@ROM101, Mine is more pine so far. I’ve been smoking nothing else for 4 days. It’s amazing. 60/40 indica dominant feel to it. There’s a creaminess that could turn cheese with a few weeks in a jar. We shall see. I’ve got a Barney’s Farm Triple Cheese I want to run sometime soon.

I love your plant! Same exact buds as mine. Just no spacing between nodes in yours. Mine had huge stretch! You’re in for a treat on the smoke. Super munchies from hell though! And that’s a from a guy who eats so much that it’s become work. Weed helps immeasurably with that. 😂

@ROM101, I may be switching to Jack. Those buds will be dry in a few more days. 😄

@stinkfox, I read your comment you smoked this strain exclusively for a week and that tells me it must be dynamite 😂😂 this girl was a tank just soo fat. I'm calling it early but she will definitely produce some weight🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️

Hi, i wanna ask you a question the noob that i am... How do you grow colas so close to each other without running into issues such as mold or pests due to the luck of air flow between colas? forgive me noobishnes :p

@ROM101, wow gg my friend!

ROM101commented6 years ago
@Homegrown_Mary, air flow is key as well as keeping the humidity down. Luckily where I live humidity is generally low but controlling it when it isn't is done with a de humidifier. In the tent this girl resides I have 4 fans pushing air 24 hours a day which includes one fan blowing air directly on each of my plants and a large oscillating fan push air around the tent. I also defoliate small amounts of leaves every day to 2nd day in the lower canopy to allow better air flow. As for pests I keep very clean and sterile tents I also ensure no stagnant water is left in trays after feeding. I clean everything with bleach after every run and hand wash my grow bags in boiling water whenever I reuse them. Hope that helps and answers some of your questions 😊

Beautiful buds bro! Just watch out for those yellow dry leaves on the top of the bud on the first picture, often it's a sign of budrot!
SeedLover
SeedLovercommented6 years ago
@ROM101, you're welcome bro! That's how I discovered (fortunately) budrot in my first diary, I opened up the bud slightly and saw brownish rot. Nice then :D you're welcome bro, can't fight caring!

Are you adding any supplemental Cal Mag product?
Fingers
Fingerscommented6 years ago
@ROM101, yes anytime you grow in coco, it's best to provide supplemental calmag.

@@Fingers, not at this stage. Do you think she needs it?

Very beautiful flowers ... I never cultivated this cheese from the greenhouse seeds .. but when I smoked it in Amsterdam,at the greenhouse coffeshop, it was really good😋 .... last year I cultivated the Original Cheese, from Paradaise seeds, and , the perfume was really cheese, old cheese ... but the effect I do not like so much ... I prefer the Blue cheese ..... very nice plant to grow ... very smelly ...nice taste... I hope for you that it is very good, but maybe you already finished it😁😉✌️

ROM101commented5 years ago
@Belverde, It was a really nice smoke and it developed a sweeter smell as it cured but not a very dank cheese smell or flavour.

I chopped a lower bud to dry early some days ago. Tried it tonight. Powerful stuff. I can’t wait for a good cure. I like it a lot.
