Hello. This is the review for 11 Roses by Delicious Seeds. This was a fairly easy strain to grow. Out of the 6 plants 4 were tallish. They were trained easily and had strong branches that held up the big buds at harvest. This strain had a strong mango smell through veg and flowering. There was a sweet candied mango smell in the greenhouse and around it. Delicious. I choose Plant #4 to regrow. On the exhale this plant has a fruity mango wine cooler type of taste to it. Nice. I picked up some spider mites in the last 4 weeks. I was able to knock them back with 1/2 strength hypochlorous acid in a spray bottle but was not able to kill them all. There was also some white powder mildew that had just started on plant #6 when I was harvesting. So, this strain is not pest and mold resistant. I found the strength of this strain to be between 18% and 21% THC. It has some CBD in it too. It makes my sleepy after a couple of hours. The effect is a body stone from the indica with some head stone to start with. Gets me pretty stoned but I feel heavy/sleepy after a couple of hours. Overall, this is a fairly easy strain to grow with a great smell and it gets me pretty stoned too. This is a very stable strain too. At harvest I didn't see any male flowers or bananas. Good work Delicious Seeds. Thanks for looking in. Chuck.

Hello. This is the harvest comment for 11 Roses by Delicious Seeds. Wow This strain turned out better than I thought it would with my light mistake and the spider mites. I decided to harvest a little early because of the spider mites. I was able to get 2 good flushes in before I harvested. The hypochlorous acid knocked the spider mites back enough and it didn't ruin the crop. I was wondering if it would effect the resin crystals. But it Tastes good and gets my High. When I grew with HID bulbs, sometimes the top buds would get to close to the lights and get too hot and would send out some veg looking leaves from the very top buds. When I was harvesting, this is what the buds look like. The rest of the buds down the branch were fine, it was only the very top of the top buds that showed that veg new leaf growth. So next year I'll close up the tent at night for 3 or 4 more weeks before I try to leave it open to the end of the harvest. I live near the Canada - USA border, It's the 49th latitude. I looked at the tv on June 22, the summer solstice, to find the Sun rise and set times were close to 17 hours of light. I remember talking to a couple from LA and they were amazed that it stayed light so late around here. They said its usually dark by 8 pm where they live. And in the north they get 24 hours of sun on that date. So next year I'll close the tent till July 15th or so and then try it again. The hypochlorous acid is also knocking out the white powder mildew on my zucchini plants in the garden too! I think it's a keeper. Aphids hate it too! The buds got too dry drying in the hot greenhouse. The outside leaves on the buds were getting crumbly. So I found 2 large Rubber Maid containers in the shed and while the buds were still in bags I took a spray bottle with water and sprayed both sides of the bag lightly and put the bags in the containers. In 24 hours the buds had rehydrated enough water to not be crumbly and it smoked and tasted fine. Plant #1 Wet Weight - 2492 g Dry Weight - 270 g Plant #2 Wet Weight - 2460 g Dry Weight - 254 g Plant #3 Wet Weight - 2506 g Dry Weight - 294 g Plant #4 Wet Weight - 2231 g Dry Weight - 261 g Plant #5 Wet Weight - 2259 g Dry Weight - 269 g Plant #6 Wet Weight - 2388 g Dry Weight - 243 g White Powder Mildew had just started on this plant at harvest. I found it on 3 leaves. When I was harvesting I didn't find any male flowers of bananas. This is a stable strain, if that's what your looking for. Thanks for looking in. Chuck.

@steveaustin, These plants are spreading out like crazy. It's hard not to rub up against them when I open and close the tent. It's going to be harder with big buds on them. Thanks Bud.

@LegacyMarketFarm, Thanks Man, I like your enthusiasm. Help me to feel like I'm doing good. If your interested, see last years diary in the same greenhouse called Northern Lemnesia. I still have some one year old seeds from that diary if you, or someone you know would like some. I'm making seeds again this year if any one is interested. I use 1 international stamp and a Christmas card to ship them all over the world. Chuck.
