My plants started flowering (they are autoflower). How long does flowering take? They seem too small? (16l pots) 80x80cm space - for size reference. As you see i did a lot of LST, so they created a lot of branches, do i have ti tie them down more, or should i leave them?

Hello @Bronhitis ! Usually they flower for about 6-8 weeks but it really depends on the strain and yes they are a bit small but they are very healthy. They are small not because of the training and i really don't understand why people say such things. This is usually happening from bad watering (i have worked at so many gardens and seen so many tiny yet healthy autoflowers ). If they were developed at their full potential you woudn't be able to fit 4 plants at 80x80 cm tent. Anyway now it is what it is. I would now stop training them in order to create some nice colas. Happy growing ! 👊

Looking pretty good and healthy, 2 plants still vegetating (dont know why). Will the strech fill up with buds? They look weird :) Update 14.9.2018 - Starting to see some white hair on other 2 plans. Finally Update 17.9.2018 - 2 plants switched to flowering completely. Buds starting to form.

Looking great, 2 of them streched a lot (started flowering lately) I raised the light to compensate for new growth. Removed a lot of large fan leaves, to expose more bud sites.

Starting week 8. Does anybody know why pistils are turning brown? I lowered the nutrients, maybe this will help. When do proper buds start forming? Still just budlets. 28.9.2018: Definately stronger smell now. Plants at the back are still streching 29.9.2018: Some leaves turned yellow on the edges. Too much nutrition? (BioBizz AllMix + 3ml/L BioBloom)

What is your opinion so far? Should i change anything? Based on photos, how far away is harvest for the first plant (bottom left - biggest flowers)? Will buds fatten more, or will they remain hairy?
Solved
Buds. Not fattening

Hello ! Based on your photo , they are coming along nicely , your bud are still in a early stage so I would not be affraid about fattening , they are nice and will get more volume soon. Still based on the photo it's hard to tell you when they will be ready but you can wait for 4 more weeks at least, northern light are good buds producer so I'll wait for big buds to shows up. According to your yellow lower leaves your plants have a slight nitrogene deficiency but at that stage it's not really an issue because at that stage plants mostly needs PK and will use the stocked N by making lower leaves yellowing and fall. If you go 4 more weeks then the next(s) feeding will provide enough nutrient to let her make fat buds. The better way to know if your plants are ready is to get a magnifier and look at the trichomes ratio to make an harvest based on the kind of effect you want ( high = clear and milky trichs , stone = milky and amber trichs). I hope it will help you 😁👍

Sailing into 9th week, and my babies are maturing 😁 I will do a few flushes, then add another meal of BIO-BLOOM. I hope that the plant which is loosing leaves will survive. Maybe i will remove all big leaves, just to see what happens. 10.10.2018 - Smell got very strong, but only when you touch the plant

Week 10 According to breeder this week should be harvest week. But i think we have at least 3 more weeks. I also added some N to nutrition, because leaves started yelowing. They responded good. I changed light schedule today to 16/8, so buds will get more light to fatten up. -15.10.2018 - one more week, and i will harvest bottom 2 plants -16.10.2018 - added support for braches, because they are getting heavier and one tipped over. Also starte adding Molasses (MRs larimars advice)

11th week. What a transformation. I cant believe how much the flowers had developed in last 14 days 😲 One of them will be harvested over the weekend, second one week after and 2 of them after 14 days. They look awfull, because all of the leaves yellowing and falling off. But its a good sign, that they focus 100% on buds😋 2 of them are getting Molasses every day, advice that Mrs Larimar gave me, for buds to explode. They sure love it 😀 As you can see i changed the light schedule to 16/8 for the last 2 weeks.

3 plants left. First one will be harvested tommorow, other 2 in 14 days. They look awfull, all that leaves yellowing and long skinny stems. I positioned then directly under the light. 29.10.12018 - I noticed that remaining 2 plants started producing new pistils all over again. Will see in week what will happen

Last 2 plants. I harvested second one almost a week ago, and it is currently drying. From first one i got 29g dry buds without stems. I will update total bud dry weight when all of them will be harvested. 6.11.2018 - Theese 2 plants will take forever to mature... Still developing buds😁 7.11.2018 - reduced light schedule to 10/14

Should i be worried about foxtailing? I see more and more pistils to appear, also they produce new sugar leaves. I raised the light 20cm higher.

Currently plain water for them. By looking at trichomes, they are almost all cloudy, but there are few brown pistils. Ill keep an close eye on them.
