I will be posting my edibles recipes. Please Note: I did not create these recipes. I get them from Pinterest, keto and other food blog sites. These recipes are tried by my husband and me. I make some modifications such as replacing sugar with monkfruit, honey, maple syrup or other "legal" sweetener
If you are new to making cannabis edibles you need to know certain steps:
1) Decarb your flower 230 degrees F for 40 minutes.
2) Add decarbed weed to fats or alcohol. the basic ratio is 1 ounce weed to 1 pound butter. For baking I use grass fed butter or coconut oil. There is a slight difference in how the cookies bake in regard to softness or chewiness. Experiment to see which you like best.
The alcohol makes a tincture. You can use this a few milliliters straight or in beverages. I use the alcohol format to make gummies or put in hot tea.

Salted Caramel bars: No chocolate in these. This salted caramel bar is NOT sugar free. Can be modified with monkfruit sugar but I followed the recipe and made these for a friend. They are delicious.
Banana Brownie gluten free, egg free
Bag clip from hangers
Lemon Icebox pie
Lemon Icebox Pie refreshing on a hot day. No bake, 10 minutes to prep 7 hours to chill in freezer. So if you get blocked, don't be mad, make this pie and enjoy.
Note: I added 2 Tbsp lemon curd to make it extra lemony.
Lemon Curd Brownie Bars - lemony and cake like.
When I was in treatment, my center was given 100 cancer cookbooks. This recipe is really good. I used 1/2 cup avocado oil since the artichokes were in water and canned asparagus. The oil could have been infused if I had planned ahead. It is gluten, sugar, dairy free. I do eat dairy so I used real mozzarella.
Granola bar bites
Includes a variety of nuts: walnut, pecan, Brazil, hazelnuts, macadamia & almond. It is not as sweet as I expected. I added more nuts than called for but did not increase the oats. If it is crumbly, I'll use it on ice cream pr by the handful
It's cold and flu season my friends. Make this easy home remedy to have on hand when you or a loved one is feeling off, or under the weather. Honey lemon ginger syrup.
Chop ginger, slice lemons, layer in and pack in mason jars. Can add pinch of cayenne pepper but not too much. Pour honey over contents of jars poking with a chopstick to fill in all the nooks. The honey will get thinner. Shake now and then. Ready in about 2 weeks. Keep in fridge. For colds, flu, sore throat etc. take a spoonful or 2 throughout the day. Also use to flavor teas, or glaze for chicken or fish.
Take care of yourself 💚💫. I need you here in Grow diaries my friends 👩🌾👨🌾👨👩👧👦.
The weather is getting crisp with an autumn chill in the air. Warm up with a toasty infused hot apple cider.
With the trim from my last grow, mostly indica, this hot cider made me really sleepy by 8:30 pm. Warm relaxing beverage.
Triple ginger cookies 🍪
Cannamilk to become Golden milk-turmeric, ginger spices and milk. Boosts immunity, warming and healing to the body.
Clean the grinders. Simmer in milk 1 hour 45 min. I simmered 1 hour as I will have after dinner after heating again. Stir frequently to avoid film forming. Pour through strainer After simmering remove grinder parts and wash with soapy water and scrub. Most of the weed will come off but some scrubbing with toothbrush is still necessary.
I added some cashews to use up a small amount and 1/3cup pumpkin seeds. It was very crumbly so I had to add more almond butter as I don't use peanut butter.
These are tasty and high in vitamins and protein.
Magic Halva bars:
I made according to the recipe. These are going to be overly sweet. Future prep will use unsweetened condensed milk, and maybe sugar free butterscotch chips.. I was not able to find the Halva. It is a Middle Eastern sesame candy. The rose water and petals are optional. OMG these are delicious.
Canna butter
Cannabis sugar
Cannabis honey
Cannabis milk
These are basic starting points for infused edibles. I use canna butter 99% of the time as I use it in baking edibles. The canna sugar can be used to make a syrup for cocktails or sweeten beverages and the sugar portion of bakery items. This gives options for infusion points.
For my recipe followers, my Goddesses diariy was the CBG grow. I said I would use CBG for my health and beauty.items and sharing my recipes will save you money. Everyone likes to save a few bucks when they can.
This week will be my final week in this diary.
How to make:
Infused body powder
Put a few tablespoons of corn starch in glass bowl ( needs a lid). Put a few drops, sprays of your favorite, after shave, perfume, essential oil etc. on the blotting paper. Rolling papers are the same consistency as blotting if in a pinch. Put paper in jar with corn starch. Seal, stir occasionally. Ready 7-10 days. Apply as you would anytime, after bath.
To make a body butter, I infused shea butter & coconut oil with CBD and added skin supporting ingredients. After I harvested CBG, I reinfused the CBD butter with my CBG relief. At this time I added 5 oz of bees wax and more essential oils to make my stock base for other h&b items.
Basic Body Salve uses more butters /oils
I followed the basic balm recipe for the CBD/CBG salve and added avocado oil and a black gram oil and essential oils. Here you can you what you like for fragrance.
Body Balm uses more wax and you can see the consistency is thicker and firmer than the salve.
Deodorant
Uses the same process of melting the oils. Have sterilize deodorant tubes or jars if you don't mind applying with your fingers. Melt oils and butters, remove from heat, stir in corn starch and baking soda and essential oils. Pour quickly but carefully into the tubes. Let set and cap when cool.

My dear friends, I hope you have enjoyed my edibles and health and beauty recipes. Most importantly, I hope you try some. Healthy good for you gluten and sugar free. Almond flour is a 1:1 substitute for white flour in these bakery items. Sugar feeds cancer so one modifies eating and life style to keep from recurrence. The " legal" sweetners after cancer are stevia,, honey, agave, maple syrup and monk fruit. For chocolate, as the Cacao increase from milk to dark, the sugar decreases but bitterness increases. To avoid to much bitterness. I use Lindt 78% Cacao bar and chop into small chunks. This is only mildly sweet and not bitter. Use your cannabutter in Keto recipes for appetizer, entrees and desserts. Keto recipes use lots of oils and butters.
Tinctures can be used in beverages, gummies or other items where the alcohol can burn off.
I added cold and warm tincture recipes and your base infusion sugar, milk and honey.
Lastly, health and beauty items where you control the purity of the ingredients. No fluoride, no toxic chemicals, only gentle, natural body and home care.
I'm all about natural health care and hope by now you are aware of the toxins in your foods and health care products. Please download these recipes and try them out. You'll be surprised the foods taste so good and the h&b feel good on your skin. The toothpaste remineralizes the enamel and has no fluoride. With these recipes, take care to protect yourself when you can.
Thank you Dear ones, I send you love, light, and positive vibes.
Natrona 💫💚💫
Side note: I'm also posting recipes that aren't sugar free as sometimes you can't avoid it. My intent was to put the "healthy" edibles in one week and add to that. Then put other items in another week. Grow diaries doesn't work that way as it wants progressive adds. I found that out when I loaded a recipe into a previous week and my diary went hidden with a cross beside the diary name. So friends, if you see a recipe you like, download it. If I ever take a break and away for a while, my delicious recipes will be gone forever.
@MisterZ, You don't need to make a diary. Just look at keto recipes as they use lots of butter.
You can use in entrees, deserts, soups etc.
I've been adding some butter to Hot Apple Cider
@yan402, download and print. Put them in a notebook.I call mine the " good book". To infuse or not to infuse that is the question... and always your choice.
@Crashoverite,
If biscuits are cookies, my favorite are samoa bars and almond cookies. Week 1. The chocolate chip recipe is your basic cookie. Add nuts and or dried fruit. Samoa bars if you like coconut. All are healthy and yummy 😋
