They look really good with the eyesight but the camera doesn't show it that well, I think it doesn't show size and 3D imagery and depth that well but it is enough to see the plant, id think it would be alot better growing it and seeing it yourself. The website isn't uploading imagery easily.
These plants are now finishing in cold weather only, its not a reason to not grow this plant here but it is alot of thought to keep it here. It is better but it is expensive to keep it here, its somewhere that id consider a travel destination but not a relocation from a warmer climate unless its paid for.
If you don't want to keep all of the photos because of server space you can choose which ones to keep but for now you can show a few extras, its mostly documentation on the climate and plant.
I took some additional photos from later in the day but the camera is finding it very difficult to capture the detail with the sun glare. So far some of the photo quality is great but I can see myself buying a better camera.
The only problem with thinking about this plant and how late it finishes was that it meant that it couldn't be any colder but it also meant that the area that it was warm all of sudden became very small and unusable and I couldn't think of any reason why a civilization couldn't be subterranean but with access to the surface. I all of sudden couldn't make it any colder than this and I looked at the satellite imagery and I couldn't quite find the landscape designs as good and if they were it was only a small area but what resources were there, so I had to say it was for everyone to see but I couldn't do it.
Ive seen a few yellow lower leaves but there not really yellowing fast enough, you could feed them fresh water for 4 weeks if you lived in a warmer climate.
The seeds are forming in areas that I didn't pollinate by hand but on the stems but there are some branches of each pheno that seeded and im not sure if i'll need to move them under a light to finish as the temperatures drop.
As far as how the autoflower plant that I grew was, I had a really difficult time thinking about the subterranean civilization idea while using it, its finding ideas and imagery difficult. The second time vaporizing the same bud it wasn't strong enough on the visuals and it really wasn't working that well. Anything that you would experience with a strong edible wasn't working with the autoflower after vaporizing it a second time, it really didn't get close enough.
October 17th The Rockstar plants are looking closer to finishing, they've got alot of structure and they really just need that 5 to 16 days to really say these are finished and that means it is the earliest that id think about wanting to harvest these.
@Todzilla,yhea you can pull the rebar with lawn staples probably I like using rock, you can hold the rebar in with a lawn staple if its not in super deep but I could probably hammer it in as deep as the container, I think that for photography purposes the rock explains the plant, its like the sands of time unfolding before you, you can't explain why something so large is so small yet so many times larger.
@blackskaarj1,I use lawn staples in rocky hard soil and it works for stabilization quite well. The staples are the lowest cost and easiest to install.
I also have used bamboo, stakes, and rebar. They all work for wind.
You just gotta get it done.
@Todzilla,no you can't use lawn staples you need to take a piece of rebar hammer it into the ground and then put a long piece in and your likely to either hit up against another rock or it'll work or not at all.
Hey, you can get a magnifying glass app for your phone that works good enough to see trichomes. No need for a loupe or physical magnifier. Can get good bud pics easily, even using an old phone.
What an nice outdoor grow so far - good job and well done 🤝 never did outdoor myself.
Happy Growing & cant wait for your upcoming weeks 🌱
Cheers, Bud Boutique 👩🌾
I did feel that not having any structures or roads in the way of the plants as they grow is better visually, the material that the plants are up against affects how you feel about them. Its better than landscaping that you would normally see, its better. I do encounter alot of wildlife though, its definitely there to see. Its my experience vs your idea of what is supposed to be enjoyable and that means I couldn't imagine it being a good idea for August and September because of the fire season but that is what im looking at.
