7 clones taken. 100% success rate. All looking healthy. I'll keep them in 500ml pots until next week and top them for the 1st time. My previous blue widow plants came out very nice, one yielding 380g dried and the other 410g dried. Beautiful smelling plants and a pleasure to grow. Will upload photos of the clones tomorrow.
I have 4 other blue widow plants 1 week from harvest. All healthy but one top bud on one plant has suddenly turned very yellow and dry, I first thought bud rot but it doesn't seem to be and it's been no closer to the light than any other bud. Anyone know what could cause this?
Hello @Dabz420 ! No matter if you see mycelium or not thats bud rot ( botrytis ). Cut the infected bud and lower the humidity by increasing the air flow with a fun and by a slight defoliation or you may risk to loose them all. Happy growing ! 👊
Hi @Dabz420, sorry to say this, but you're having a mushroom invading/killing your plant. Google for "Botrytis", I think it's that particular species. Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊
Its difficult to say anything with just a few informations. the leaves of the plant look crinkely and bit crispy and not quite healthy. i would say you got russet mites. the only one who can say that for true its you i let you a link for self diagnose on a helping site..........https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-symptoms-pictures... i thinks its a kind of mites
@Mrs_Larimar, no I never found out. By the time the buds were cut and dried I could hardly tell which bud was affected! I would assume that bud had just started to dry out and die.

@Stick, thanks for the reply! I've had plants infected with botrytis before but this isn't what's happening with this plant. The bud looks healthy and tough the only visual difference to any of the rest of the buds is that it is yellowing. It's very dry, someone had previously mentioned that it may have finished flowering and be drying out and dying or its been under-watered but the plants are watered daily and it's only midway through week 7. I'll add a picture to this diary when I update it next later in the week.
