WEEK F8: SEP 2 - 9 (DAY 112 - 119) Phew! I’m glad this week is over. We’ve had a sweltering heatwave where I live, and temps outside were reaching 86f. And the sun shines right on my bedroom window all day! My AC has been able to help, but not completely fix the issue of high temps. Despite this, I’ve been seeing more purple appear on both plants’ buds, one more than the other. They should be ready to chop in a week or so, by the looks of the trichomes. The more purple one also has some foxtailing, so this mixed with the high heat forced me to turn my light down to 25%. Hopefully this means my harvest window will be slightly longer, albeit further away. My 12L/day dehumidifier is working hard but still not able to fully keep up with the RH in the tent. Overall, though, the girls are looking friggin GREAT! Frost is mostly on the buds, although there will be a lot more trim than my last run (Pineapple Chunk) so I’m excited for that! Did a little more defoliation where needed, and that’s where we are! Have been using Ecothrive Flourish (seaweed extract) with every feed also. See you next week! 🌿💚
