So excited for this one. Florida OG by DNA genetics. I'm not giving into the hype, I know it is just a pheno of Triangle Kush. Josh D, the one who bread this strain said that the OG stands for Original and that other people added Original Gangster or the Ocean Grown. I lived in Florida for a spell and know that crippys is just a nick name like beasters, kind bud, or headys. The swamp weed I used to get was lime green and smelt like lemon skunk & spice. We will see if it resembles Florida crippys. She is going to be 1 of 3, I running 2 Phantom OG from Barneys Farm with her. KUSH TIME, my wife wanted something that could help her sleep and relieve some muscle pain, soooooo the only strains I can think of is KUSH.
She is coming along nice in her seedling stage. I put her and her sisters in plastic pots instead of the fiber ones because I got tired of having to cut open the fiber ones and they hold water better.
She is getting her veg on. She is smaller than her other 2 sisters. I'm giving her a feed this week to help get along for her trading. I'm going to take her down to her 3rd node, and mainline her out to 8 colas. It will take a bit of time but it's ok because the flower tent still has 5-6 more weeks.
I'm only giving them the vegamatrix this week, I wana let them veg out for the next 3 or 4 days and then I'll start my LST.im going to leave the one set of branches at the bottom & strex them out along with the 4 tops. She seems to be a happy girl. No deficancys or lockouts.
Tops, tops, tops galor. She is going to be a big girl hopefully. She is a Bush. I'm going to let her streach her neck a little and then start to lolly pop her. She is getting fed every 3rd waters while in veg.
This girl is a Bush. She is going to be a monster in flower. She is showing pre-flowers. I will be transplanting to her final pot soon. She will be defoliated 3 days after transplant and then to flower next week at the end of week 7. She is on a role. No issues or deficancys. Trains easy as well
She is finally in the flower tent. I lollypoped her and put a round tomato tower around her to act like a scrog. Im excited to see how much she is going to streach. The light is a little high due to the Zkittlez in there with her, that has a nother week of flower.
She is loving the 1000watt light. She is starting to stretch a little. There is 12 tops total. I put the tomatoe cage around her and her sister to help with support and training. Large internodal distances. Couple of calixs have popped up besides the pre flowers. No deficancys or issues, so far east strain to work with.
Start of week 3 of flower and this lady is coming along well. Still a little strech but she is slowing down compaired to the first two weeks. No deficancys or issues. She does like a heavier feedbthough...N & K...
This week I'm flushing the soil once with PH'd water. She is going to get her micros still just no nutes. This is to help her use what nutes that are left in the soil before I start packing the bloom nutes in. Her leaves are indica leaning and short, and stubby. She is just staring to form trichromes. She is shaping up to be a beautiful looking plant. I installed the scrog net to help.with some stability, her stems are a little thinner compaired to her sisters, the Phantom OG.
Flower Time!! Atleast I'm starting her bloom nutes now. She is looking super healthy and starting to pump out the frost. She smells like skunky sweet berrys and Kush. She is taking up half the tent too. Her buds are starting to fill in, they are slender and remind me of a sativa leaning hybrid, but her leaves tell a story of being an Indica. I added a circulation fan at the bottom of the tent because the canopy is super dense and I dont want any mildew or mold forming, even though the RH is low, wich axualy helps with trichrome production.
She is doing her thing. Stigmas are starting to change to a light yellow-orange. Her smell is like some fermenting funky fruit, and candy. She is a little scrawny looking, maybe that's what they mean by low yeilding.
I started her final 10 day watering this morning. I dont think this is the Florida og strain from DNA. She smells like fruity candy and not like what is described ( citrus & pine). Non the less she is a pretty plant that is super frosty and smells awsome. Maybe it is just a rare pheno who knows. She is shedding leaves like she is ready, her trichromes are maturing nicely, a couple of Amber's are popping up on the calixs so she is close. Very lanky & low yeilding compaired to her sisters. No issues or deficancys. I'm keeping the night temp down trying to get that purple hue to her. Since I'm running organic I'm only flushing the soil 2 times in 10 days, and watering with under 160ppm. It's very hard to get distlled water to ph without any thing in it to help, so I'm using 2 ml/Gallon of cal-mag wich wont effect the outcome.
Trichomes are changing slowly, she is going to definitely need a nother week, putting her at 60-63 days. Smells like candy still. Quite pleasant..gave her a low dose of Aminos to help finish her off.
She is finally starting to form Amber's in her calixs. Super cotton candy smell coming off her, and super frosty but She is Lanky as F***. She has to be tied up about 4 weeks into flower, she wants to fall all over herself. None the less she is a beautiful looking plant. Smell is amazingly sweet. On to her last week now. Looking at Christmas day (day 60) harvest. Marry xmas to me😁 happy and safe holidays to all.

Happy Harvest Day!
DNA Genetics - Florida OG - Custom Breeder & Strain
She was a leggy girl when it came to flowering, she streached about 3 times her original size. She stayed slender and thin branched. She must be tied up about 3-4 weeks into flower. The smell when she is growing is like cotton candy or somthing super sweet, not really a berry or fruit though. When trimmed and curing her KUSH aroma bulldozed it's way in, think motor oil flowers mixed with fresh tires, and sweet kush..haha...none the less the favor is like smooth kush and creamy nutty flavor. Super smooth smoke, a testament to the proper 2 week flush. Super frosty, the stone creeps up on you and nulifys any pain and insomnia, allowing you a full body relax and sleep if desired. She did foxtail a bit and a couple buds started to develop some purple tints to them. She did like elevated Nitrogen during flower as well. Over all cool strain, wouldn't make it a staple but good to try out if you are looking for a kush strain that doesnt smell like lemon or chemicals. 60 days of flower which ia on the beginning side of the breeders 8-9 week time frame. Ended with 37.7 grams of flower and 11.7 grams of trim and small popcorns that will be made into eddibles. Happy Growing.
