2 out of 3 seeds popped using the Dutch Headshop germination kit (Cotton pads in a cardboard container). Both sprouted in Spongepots with the Spongepot bacto mix inside a small plastic propagator (Temp 28C, RH 60-90%). The seedlings were stretching too much so I moved them to 7 Litre pots with Plagron Light Mix Soil, in a grow tent with a 65W LED (DLI is around 15), extractor fan and rotary fan. I put glass domes over the seedlings for most of the time. Temp 27c, RH 60-99%.

Both plants still in the tent under a 65W LED lamp for 24 hours a day. DLI is around 23. Keeping them under glass domes to raise the RH which is very low (25) outside. Under the domes it varies from 70-95%. Spraying the ground around them with a small amount of PH 6 water

Plants are now 100% outdoors after building up the outdoor time a few hours per day. The stems are slightly bent due to hard wind, but they look healthy and are growing well. Decided to keep them in the 7l pots so I dont disturb the roots, which will restrict the size.

Plants coming on nicely, looks like they are pre-flowering. They have survived heavy storms and a lot of rain and wind. There's a faint weed smell now. Gave a tiny amount of Plagron Alga Grow (1ml/Litre). Removed the very botton leaves as they were laying in the soil and turning yellow

The girls are not happy, the are drooping a lot, stems as well so I think it's an over water problem. We've had terrible weather, heavy wind and rain and very little sun. The plants got left unsheltered in a couple of heavy storms. I let the posts dry out and watered with a small amount of Plagron Alga Bloom, lets see if they can bounce back and we get a bit of sunshine for them.

Coming along nicely. Just one feeding with nutrients this week, the rain took care of the rest. The plants are now giving off a nice gassy aroma. On is around 10cm bigger than the other. The smaller plant seems to have denser flowers

Still battling the wet weather but the buds are starting to thicken up. One plant is still stretching and has plenty of seperate buds. The other one is shorter and seems to have one big cola. Added 1ml of Plagron Green Sensation to the nutrients.

Not good. I had to leave for a week, the weather changed to being very sunny and dry so my plants dried out a lot. Fan leaves turned yellow and died or dried out. I removed the worse ones but it was a lot of leaves so the plant is now stressed. The remaining fan leaves are showing signs of a deficiency, so I added a little more Plagron Alga Bloom to the feed. The buds however are looking and smelling great, full of frost. 1 plant has developed 1 huge cola, the other several smaller ones. Let's hope the pants can recover from this and have a strong finish. EDIT: after seeing some answers to my growing questions, I added some Advanced Nutrients Sensi Grow to the feed to address the nitrogen problems.

Can anyone identify the deficiency from the pics of the fan leaves? The plants dried out while I was away, I removed most of the dead ones, but the remaining leaves are showing some kind of problem. Thanks!

Hey, looks to be Nitrogen, starring from the bottom and working its way up. Yellowing but not dying or crispy leaves. The feeds your given them have very little Nitrogen Green snesation 0-3.9-8.5 + alga bloom 0.5-1-4.5 = Deficiency Contrary to popular belief N is very much needed in flower. Nitrogen does not drop down magically in flower it is a constant in the plant. Its why its called a macro nutrient not a micro. Don't get me wrong, it does require less of it, but the amount is not as big as people think and compared to other things is small. If you have anything with Nitrogen in it. Use it. something like a 4-8-9 would be nice to mix into that feed. If your really pressed for cash and need some Nitrogen just piss on the plant and water it in with 10 times the volume of piss to dilute it, just don't eat to much salt the meal before lol. Only other thing I can see being an issue is the PH. 6.0 is good but I prefer my plants lowest point to be 6.2 hovering aorund 6.4-6.5 Other wise doing good, keep it up. Good Luck!

The plants are looking healthier because they have had more attention. However......I was checking the buds for rot and I find SEEDS! :( Outdoor growing sure is a roller coaster ride, I've only found 2 seeds on 1 plant so far, no idea how, let's see what happens next week,

2 very different plants now, 1 is fading to a very light green/yellow. The other is much darker and purple. It's been a really rough summer for the girls, constant rain, high humidity and not much sun. I think I'll harvest soon and see what I can save. It looks like there might be bud rot starting (no surprise with this weather) and they might be herming out?

I had to chop the tall plant due to bud rot in the main cola :( I salvaged the lower branches and started the dry in a tent with a fan and extractor, temp is around 26c and RH is 58%. The surviving plant is still going but I think it's very near the finish, most of the fan leaves have gone, however I'm not seen any amber trichomes so I'll leave it for another week,

Will this plant continue to ripen with most of the large fan leaves gone?8th week of flower, most of the large fan leaves turned yellow, and fell off. The buds and sugar leaves look good and healthy. I am not seeing an amber trichomes on the buds. Should I wait longer to chop?

Well we need pictures of trichomes I can't tell you precise like this but if you say there is no amber then wait 1 more week for at least 5% amber

The seeds were great, however the outdoor conditions this year were terrible but I still managed to harvest 40g of smokeable flower and due to either pollination or herming I got around 80-100 seeds. Very happy with the results, a decent yield and some seeds to experiment with.

I was trying to answer your grow question when you selected the answer … If you were in Veg or at least end of stretch, it would have been a Nitrogen deficiency. But in this case it’s just the senescence. Adding Nitrogen after the stretch is useless, the roots won’t process it.

@JUNGLE_B4RNS, Thanks for the info! I'm new to grow diaries so I was maybe a bit hasty selecting an answer and acting. I'm learning that gardening is all about patience :) Thanks again for taking the time to answer, that's good knowledge for me to investigate further👍

by beuty of bottom bud , i would say she is 100% ready. Plant needs N even in flower, after strech half of dose to week 5-6 of flower, then i cut, found it most effective in soil grows.
