Plants were moved to their first DWC tank 5 days after germination.
The plants, including the peat pellets they were planted in, were placed in a 3" net pot filled with hydroton clay.
Initial nutrient mix (6.75 gal) contained 2/3 tbsp each of GH's Floramicro/gro/bloom
The plants were placed under a 150w blurple light
The DWC tank was made from a 12gal tote. It contains a submersible pump that runs 1 minute an hour to keep the clay moistened. A manifold to spray the net pots inside of the tote was made from a four-way irrigation splitter, a short irrigation pipe, irrigation tubing, and some t-splitters. Additionally, the lid has an access hole covered with a heavy rubber flap to easily test ph and add more water.
