My current tent grow (Sour Diesel & Blue Cheese) is nearing the finishline, so it's time to start germination of 2 new seeds.
I've chosen for the GreenHouse Seeds 'Holy Snow' and Sensi Seeds 'Northern Lights #5 x Haze' both feminized seeds.
This wil also be the first grow in my new set-up. After a few grows in a very small 40x40x120 tent with a 65 watt led light I'm moving to a 70x70x160 tent with a Sanlight Q3W gen2 120 watt LED.
Both seeds germinated in +/- 24 hours. They're now both in small pots, waiting for the first leaves to come out.
day 10: both plants are doing fine, most of the time they're standing in front of a window, but due to the bad weather I place then in the tent under the LED every day for a few hours.
day 11: re-potted the plants, from now on they will stay inside the tent with a 18/6 light schedule.
26-8, both plants are doing fine so far. NL#5xHaze is speeding up growing, she was always behind the Holy Snow, but since today she's equal, or maybe even a little taller.
Added the scrog-net to the set-up
27-8, added a second Sanlight Q3W 2nd gen. 120watt LED light to the setup. flowering has started
day 40, both plants are doing great so far. I only hope they won't grow much higher anymore...
day 42, This diary will continue only to be Holy Snow. Unfortunately I had to remove the NL#5xHaze plant because he's growing balls and turns out to be male.
day 49, she's doing great, start to getting nice tops. I hope growing has stopped, because the highest tops are coming closer and closer to the lights.
20-9 plant is doing fine, daily routine of watering the plant 1-1,5 liters of water with 4ml Plagron Terra Bloom.
Cut some leaves on the bottom of the plant in the past couple days.
Tops are growing nicely.
24-9, remover some yellow leaves and popcorn tops on the bottom of the plant.
28-9, more and more leaves are starting to turn yellow... I don't know if this is the 'autumn'-stage of the plant or that I do 't give enough, or too much nutrients (first time I'm using Plagron Terra instead of Plagron Alga nutrients). but I suppose everything will be fine, as the plant is still looking nice, its slowly because mming really smelly though :)
6-10: I added a dehumidifier in the tent because the humidity was around 55-65% and I couldn't get it lower. lets hope this works.

10-10: I stopped give ng nutrients, last 1 - 2 weeks she will get only water
She's almost reaching the finish line, I guess one or 2 weeks left. Most trichomes are milky-white, only a few amber-colored trichomes spotted. And its getting really smelly in the tent.
21-10: when looking closer to the trichomes, more and more start to turn amber-colored. all leaves have turned yellow/orange, the smell of the plant is intense, I guess one more week left before harvest.
I had to rate the plant after harvesting. Now after smoking (in my case vaping) I would give the Holy Snow 10/10, this is the best strain I've ever grown and smoked, no doubt about it.
update 16 march 2024, I'm still enjoying the weed of this strain, Growing a new one at the moment. And after a few months my judgement about the strain hasn't changed, best weed I've ever smoked (vaped), taste is really nice, a little bit bitter, herbal like and sour with a tint of sweetness on the background. The effect is exactly what I'm looking for, it's a strong uplifting high that keeps you functional but relaxed.
28-10, I harvested the plant today, some big and beautiful buds. I didn't weight the wet buds, but I expect the final weight somewhere between 100-150 grams.
Will update once the buds dried.
11-11, the buds jave dried, total weight is 146 grams.
now its time for a few weeks of curing.
@@@DoughHead, it smells like unions, and the smell is strong! an unique and interesting smell that I haven't experienced before. I'm curious how this is going to taste...

@BudBoutique, thanks mate! it is turning out really nice indeed, especially considering this is my first grow in a proper tent and using mineral instead of organic nutrients. can't wait for the buds to be ready to taste.

Monstrueuse ces branches, abusé ! Le résultat et les nugg's sont très beaux je faisais justement le tour voir ce qui fonctionnait bien avec ce strain que je viens d'obtenir et je comptais comme culture en living soil mais avec deux ou 3 plantes maxi en 20L dans 1m² !
Les bud ont pris de belles couleurs elle doit être sympa a smoke ?
En tout cas jolie taf 💪
