Kitties_and_Colas ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_ ❤️💡🌱😽💨 We didn't have great luck with this strain..2 of 5 seeds germinated for us, however the other 2 strains were 100%.. 2 of the 5 Mataro Blue seeds sank in water, we've never seen a "sinker" germinate and didn't think these would be different.. of the 3 Kannabia strains we're growing now (Breakup Cake and GSC), these are the smallest.. We stripped all the plants down, the vegged a little too long and we're hoping this controls their stretching. This strain has a pretty strong smell already, really hard to miss when defoliating.. we read that these were high yielding, they're lanky but they pretty solid base atm.. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_

We did another round of defoliation to help with light penetation, its already a tight squeeze in the 5x5 and we havevanother week or more of stretch. We keep the bottom 1/3 of every plant stripped bare, this really seems to help airflow and minimize "popcorn" nugs..we read some great things about this strain on leafy and im dying to try it.. It's been an effortless week in this tent. Color was looking better so we started our normal bloom nutrient schedule again. This strain in the smallest in tent but has lots of branches and budsites. We gave her a splash of calmag and vit-b, she was I'm repair mode for a few days but is looking better now. Buds have still fattened some despite the stress. She's died back a ton in the last week, leaves are completely depleted and the bud has a unique blueish hue (it reminds me of a Gelato strain we grew in the past).. we're definitely in our harvest window now but will probably give her a full 10 weeks, she'll be the last in the tent we chop down. She's been producing a ton of crystals as we drought stress, these buds should be coated by harvest! ❤️🌱.. Only 1 more week!! The effects are heavy Indica, great for evening. These were completely flushed (we stopped feeding too early) at harvest so the smoke is very smooth right off the vine.
