Tudo correndo normal, espero na próxima semana trocar ela pxra vaso definitivo. Dando a ela mas 2 a 3 semana e vai floração. Either planting too deep, while traveling to surface she lost it. Or some anomaly, she still looks a bit strange, cotyledon leaf should strech out, but its still in half seed form. Maybe you oversoaked them, shell was from fresh batch and became soft too early, again while traveling up, she lost it. Should be all good.
