Hey Gromies, This time I decided to add some terpene rich strain to my stock so I can enjoy some even more tasty stuff next to my mostly sativa collection. I chose Barneys as I trust their genetics so hopefully they wont disappoint this time either. What I liked about this strain was they weren't satisfied with just Dosidos, but also added a delicious gelato which I love so much.🍪🍦 About the strain : Dos Si Dos strain was developed from OG Kush Breath, a knockout Girl Scout Cookies pheno crossed with Face Off OG, then crossed again with our legendary Cookies Kush (OG Kush pheno x GSC) and that's only the half of the story. Add in a subtle blend of Gelato #33 to the pot with its star struck Sunset Sherbet x Thin Mint GSC heritage and boom! I am going to grow her in a soil with organic fertilizers to get the max out of the taste and terpenes. I placed the seed to a glass of water and after 36 hours they all popped so put them to wet paper towel for further taproot development. After just a day they seemed ready so planted them to a light mix soil sprinkled with mycorrhizae. 3 of them were really fast and after just a day they emerged from the soil. Two others did it after 3 days and one did not emerged at all but I am fine with it as i will need only 4 actually. I sprayed the soil when it dried out with PH 6.2 water and root juice. In the first two weeks they will stay in a 60x60 tent with a Spider Farmer sf1000 and then will place them to a bigger 120x120 tent with the Ts3000. As I got to know my lamp more and more I realized that it can cover better 4 plants arranged symmetrically then 5 with one in the middle. In between I calibrated the PH meter, checked the fans, controlled all the equipments will be used and prepared my entire mind for this journey. May your weekend be filled with joy and relaxation! See you next week!🌞🌱

What’s up fellow growers? Here we are with the first week of vegetation and it went smoothly. This time I decided that I don't plant the seedlings in the final pot, but first in a medium one. This is for a stronger root development. Mixed the Plagron light mix with loaaaads of mycorrhiza and planted the seedlings into it.👨‍🌾🏻🍄 Watered twice a week I guess, where the soil was dry with Root mix on PH 6,2. Still running the SF1000 on 80%. Started the week with 150 ppfd and reached the end with 330. We selected the four most healthy looking girl. This week we reached the seedling stage into growth. Cleaned the bigger tent with alcohol throughly and placed them in. This tent will be there final residence where only the lamp will he replaced when it is necessary. See you next week!🍪🍦

Hi Growmies, how are you doing? Basically this week was relaxed in the garden. Love to see how these girls develop day by day.🌞🌱 First irrigation with fertilisers took place when the soil was almost dry with PH 6,2. de-chlorinated water.💦 Thinking about to transfer them to their final pot but have to wait as the new batch of mycorrhiza has not yet arrived.👨‍🌾🏻🍄 They grew quite tall, which is a good sign because I read that growers struggled that she didn't grow tall enough and was hard to make trainings. I didn't really measure the lamp distance, but the goal was to reach 600 ppfd by the weekend and that’s where we are at the moment. I will keep around this range until end of the vegetative period. Next week the fun begins with the trainings etc. See you soon!🍪🍦

Hello fellow growers, As expected, the real work in the garden began this week. It started with transplanting the girls into the 25 liter bed. This will be there final residence. Apperently they didnt feel comfortable in the smaller pot. For this we used Plagron light mix with perlite that we sprinkled with a lot of Mycotrex. Mixed into the soil and put 5 grams to the planting whole as well.🍄 I didn't want to cause them any more stress even though I wanted to stop the upward growth as soon as possible. So waited 2 days after transplantation before we started with the trainings. On day 26 topped the girls and began with LST. Vertical growth really had to be stopped because they grew huge in 2 weeks. Obviously our task now will be to teach them to invest their energies in the growth on the side branches.👨‍🌾🏻🌱 Watered twice this week with the above mentioned nutrients.💦 Changed the light for the Ts3000 which is on 45% intensity at the moment. This means 600 PPFD at the top of the plants. Will keep this in the whole veg period. Since I have the PAR meter, my work is much easier when it comes to set the light to the desired height. It's worth investing in a cheaper model imo. Did not really defoliated, just took off a few big fan leaves. I just got from these CO2 tablets which you can add to the water but I don’t really know if it will work or will the plants benefit from it? Hope everyone has a great weekend. Take care Growmies, see you next week.🍪🍦

Hi Growmies, I hope everyone is having a great week. It was a good week for the 4 dos-si-girls till friday when a little accident happened. This girls are just growing like crazy and uncontrollable since week two actually, so continues training is required. I was busy with tying down the branches when I heard a snap. I was hoping it was a smaller side branch but unfortunately one main snapped.😔 I immediately fixed it with some tape and now praying that she will be all right. This one is a topped main and now it looks like one can be saved and another is still in doubt. Now I let just all 4 grow without the tying wires and within a few days will place the scrog net. I am not really happy how the secondary branches are developing so hope we can help them with the net to spread out a bit. I will just continue defoliate as necessary and make sure they are enjoying the environment. I am running the Ts3000 on 50% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. Watered twice this week and started to use Silicate as well in the solution. Thanks for stopping by and see you next week!🍦🍪 Peace✌️🏻

So we practically sacrificed this week for the recovery of one of the little girls. It seems that it was a good choice because she healed, yeah.🌞🌱 I am so proud of her. With a little precision work, we tried to bring the ladies to a same height. Watered twice this week and started to add dried bacteria and enzymes to the solution. They seem to like it so will definitely use it till the end of the grow circle.💦👨‍🌾🏻 Hope everyone is having a great week with his/her girls and see you next time! Peace✌️🏻

Welcome ladies and gentlemen at veg week 6, After a full recovery week we continued with the trainings. This week a good defoliation was made and took all of the unwanted growth to the height of the third node on day 38. After 2 days the ladies bounced back with a vigorous top growth, was lovely to see. 🌞👨‍🌾🏻 Watered twice this week with de chlorinated tap water and nutrients, 2,5 litre each plant. I am running the TS3000 at 45-50% 30 cm above the canopy. The rest of the week just tied down the stems that extended higher than the net. Probably was the last week in veg, next is gonna be a transition one with the last defo and we are ready for bloom, yeah. See you Growmies and Stay safe! Peace ✌️🏻

Hi fellow gardeners, Hope everybody is having a great weak and staying safe. So the end of week 7 has arrived and it is time to finish the last touches with the plant trainings and prepare for the bloom. Did the last defo and continued tying the branches under the net to keep the even canopy. Luckily it worked out pretty well however I am not completely satisfied how the secondaries are developed. Watered twice this week with de chlorinated tap water and nutrients (see above) and also made a nice mixture of AlgaMic and ActiVera for foliar feeding. This i am gonna use till the second week of flowering. Running the Ts3000 on 55% which means 480-570 Ppfd at the top of the canopy. In the middle of the week started to reduce the number of light hours, first to 16 and two days later to 14 and this is how we came to the end of this week. See you soon Growmies! Peace ✌️🏻

Hi there, Dos-si-dos ladies look frickin' amazing. Even though I'm not completely satisfied how the secondaries developed I'm very happy with how they're growing so far. We entered the pre-flowering stage end of this week and we are really looking forward to the next ones. The canopy is ready for the bloom party. Basically this week wasn’t that busy as we only tucked the branches under the scrog net to keep the canopy even. Watered twice this week with de chlorinated tap water and nutrients as always. Running the Ts3000 at 50% around 35 cm above the canopy which means 420-580 ppfd. Right now, all of them are really happy and I can't wait to see them flower :D See ya next week. Peace ✌️🏻

Week 9, the second week of flowering, has been a wild ride in our Dos-si-dos ‘33 garden.🌱 Actually not because there was so much work but rather because of how rapid they grow during this stretch period. The canopy's like a green sea, and I definitely have to do the last defo before day 21. Calyxes are started to form on all of the girls. I can smell a special cinnamon-spiced aroma when I open the tent.🍪 So about the dry facts, watered twice a week with de chlorinated water and nutrients. Both time with 3 litres each. The ts3000 is running on 70% intensity. Next week is going to be a busy one I guess but after we can just sit back and watch the magic happen. Wishing everyone a blessed week and hope to see you soon Growmies! Peace ✌️🏻

Week 3 flower Welcome fellow growers, So it wasn’t possible to implement this week's plan because they didn’t want to stop stretching. It’s crazy, I mean they grew vertically like 14cm this week, so decided not to bother them with any stress. I've never had a plant this tall before. Had to postpone the defoliation but at the beginning of the next week we will do. Because of this, not much happened that is worth mentioning apart from watered them once. The look of the tent is pretty similar to last week’s so made only a few photos. Smell is already remarkable when opening the zip. About the numbers: Par: 700-840ppfd Vpd: 1,16kpa Have a lovely week and stay safe Growmies!🌞🌱 Peace ✌️🏻

Hi guys. So, I said earlier that I’m going to defoliate if the stretching stops and the right time has come this week. I had so many other things to do that I didn't even finish in one day. A million bud sites were starting to pop up in the place where I defoliated once at late veg, so we had plenty of work. Believe me, we were not bored.🌱😁 From now they can just focus on bud development, exciting weeks are ahead yeah. The trichome production this week has been off the charts. Watered twice with de-chlorinated tap water and nutrients. Until now, we have been careful with watering, but have to change this because they look slightly under-watered. We also observed leaf discoloration in the lower third. The grow conditions are just perfect for indoor cultivation at the place where I live so fingers crossed for a good crop.💦👨‍🌾🏻 About the numbers: Vpd: 1,16-1,20kpa Par: 670-880 ppfd From now we can just sit back at least for a few weeks and watch the magic happen. Hi Growmies, This girls are just amazing, they are growing beautifully and from this week asking for more food, there leaf structure is typical hybrid, they are beautiful in all ways.🌞🌱 Last week’s under watering shows some phosphorus deficiency in one lady so we will take more care of her from now. Watering in every third day with 3 litres each. Running the light on 100% brightness. Just rearranged them under the scrog net and while doing all this i got full sticky all over me from fingers to arm so can’t complain about resin production haha.👨‍🌾🏻 There sweet and herbal smell with pungent funkiness is lovely and it will just increase for sure in the next week and I can’t wait. What’s up fellow cultivators, Here we are with the weekly update from our Dos-si-dos’33 garden.🍪💚 So this week we took an observation position and admired how these beauties are growing.🌱 The smell became incredibly intense when I open tent with a sweet candy aroma, that will remind you of tucking into a bag of fizzy bubblegum bottles with a hint of cinnamon. Slightly defoliated them on day 39 since i notice that some parts are not getting enough light. Also managed to create room for my small Spider Farmer Sf1000 which means an extra 100 watt in the tent.💥☀️ One pheno is really unique with purple shade at the base of the leaf and a top is green. Her bud structure is also a bit different than the others which look almost identical. It’s almost unbelievable but they have succeeded to increase the trichome production even further. Watered twice this week, once with nutrients and 3 days later only with PH-ed water. Par:680-1050ppfd Vpd: 1,39-1,51kpa. All in all, I'm very impressed with these genetics, let’s hope for a good finish. Thanks for stopping by, stay safe and see you soon!✌️🏻

Week 7 since switched the light to 12/12. This week we didn’t touch the plants and we won’t do until harvest. Phenotypes are starting to show distinct qualities this week. There are actually two that can be distinguished. One turned out totally purple with an interesting bud structure which are not so very big but rock hard. The other 3 are pretty much the same and continued to gain weight in earnest. The flowers are beautifully full, the VPD is excellent and the resin is constantly flowing seriously. The scent and the colours are on the way and the Gelato has certainly started to appear in the fragrance which is now very complex. Feeding: in every third day with full flowering nutrients 3 litres each. par: 650-1050ppfd Vpd:1,39-1,46kpa You can judge with your own eyes but this genetics are just amazing and I love seeing this girls improve every week. Truly beautiful in every point of view.💚 I hope everyone had a safe and peaceful Christmas. See you next week Growmies. Peace ✌️🏻

Hi there, What’s up fellow cultivators? A little late but here we are with the weekly summary. This was Flowering week 88. Autumn approached, the garden began to shine in beautiful colors. As the plants mature, so do the aromas in the tent which are very complex. It is already irresistibly delicious, I am very curious to see what it will be like after ripening. At the moment, sweet candy mixed with fuel and with some minty undertone. Trichomes are milky with a very few amber so end of the week started to flush them with just PH-d de-chlorinated tap water. One more week flushing and than it’s time for a chop. It looks very much like they will be ready within the time given by the breeder which is 60-65 days. Vpd:1,32-1,41kpa Par:650-1050ppfd Every second is a fresh beginning. Happy new year Growmies!💨🥂 See you soon!

Hi there fellow cultivators, Here we go with flowering week 9 in our garden of chill. This week the focus was on let the girls shine and show off their lovely colours. They were able to give the most beautiful experience in this mature phase in terms of appearance.🍁🌱 I feel lucky every day when I open the tent and marvel at one of nature's most beautiful creature.🙏💚 I will miss growing in the next few months very bad. This week just watered with PH-d de chlorinated tap water. Day 60: One lady is going in to a darkness with the Shogun warrior. Flowering Day 62: This Girls are pretty much ready to harvest, i am letting them mature for a few days and in to 48 hours dark before harvest. On day 65 i am gonna make the chop chop.⚔️ The smell is very strong in the whole house if I open the tent even a little.😎 Is completely unreal and I am so very excited to sample each pheno. See you in a while with the harvest report! Peace 🏻

Hey fellow gardeners, Unfortunately, I couldn't complete this diary earlier because was busy with family stuff and work. So finally here we go with the last chapter of this wonderful grow session. Thanks for Barneys for another masterpiece, we had a truly unforgettable journey with this breed. Its a bit difficult to remember after so long time but we try to collect the most important feelings and thoughts.🌞 So i decided to choose this time a hybrid strain to complement our most sativa collection. The seeds germinated in no time and we were able to put them in the first small pot after only 3 days, after another 3 days except one, they emerged from the soil so the fun could begin. The vegetative phase was actually easy and vigorous, but we made a mistake that made it a little longer than planned. Luckily the broken main stem healed really fast so this extra week wasn't so bad. In this phase we had an experience that we never had before, and yes this was the 13 finger leaf which means that the plants seem doing very well.🌱😎 When we entered the flowering period I was afraid they wouldn't stretch enough as other growers reported. Luckily these ladies got lanky and even didn't want to stop the stretching, which was cause for concern because the time for the last defoliation and lollypop session was almost there. At around day 23 of flowering we made the last trainings and we finally could sit back and watch the magic happen. It was really touching and lovely to see how the colors and aromas change from week to week as autumn approaches. Basically, we could distinguish two phenotypes. One with the purple silk on the leaves and a smaller but rock hard bud structure. The smell of this lady was more pine and sweet at the same time. The other 3 ladies were pretty much the same when it comes to smell and bud structure. Sweet and fruity aromas were characteristic here. Apart from the previous ones, both phenotypes were characterized by cinnamon scent throughout the whole flowering period. It can definitely be said that it is the most frosty variety i have ever grown. I am really satisfied with the outcome in every aspects. First the purple pheno went to darkness with our DWC lady and after two days the other 3. Dried them for 7 days at 21 degrees and 60% humidity and for another 5 days at 50% humidity.⚔️ Trimming these variety was a bit challenging threw the closed bud structure but it wort all the time. We ended up with 368 grams of juicy, rock hard dried buds and 48 grams of larf and popcorn. After placed it into glass jars with Boveda 62% humidity pack. Was a very pleasant strain to grow. I would like to thank everyone who has had a look, liked or commented on this diary. Hope its been helpful in some way. Cant wait for the next journey which will start hopefully at the end of august. Stay safe Growmies and have a lovely week!💚
