So the girls have started flowering. Stunted little weeds in large pots 😂 they have not been watered in a week and they still don’t feel dry yet. The one I transplanted is doing great, lots of growth and stretch. I’m sure her yield will be reduced by the fact that she is busy putting down new roots but she’s proved the point I was making about substrate conditions. She’s getting 500ml water a day and thriving. I love the coco grow bag and so does she. I added green planet liquid weight to the feed. No training. Letting them do their thing.

Nutrient deficiency? Or Light burn? PH of solution is 6 and run off is 6.2 so almost the same. The plants in coco look like this, the plants in soil are just a bit lighter in the growing centre. I’ve been giving a 50% feed and I lowered the lights 4in about 12 hours ago.

I would say to little feed and possibly to much light. You do have tight node spacing so decreasing light will help them stretch more. Everytime mine start yellowing I increase my feed. They need plenty of Nitrogen and CalMag right now. I only start thinking of TO MUCH if the tips are burned and yours ain't. So you nailed it, I would decrease light or space it further away. Then I would increase feeding. Check runoff ec or ppms and see how much different your ppms are then what your feeding them. This is the only way to truly know how their doing. Short answer tho is yes, little to much light and to little feed. Please consider selecting me as the answer so I can be entered for a chance to win grower of the month contest I would really appreciate your support growmie 😃 🙏

Nitrogen toxicity? Day 24, heavy soil and plastic pot, thought overwatering because the soil wasn’t drying out. Put lots of extra drainage holes in it and let dry out for 6 days. Giving plain water today. Will she recover or go to flower in this stunted state?

i'd guess drainage property of soil over time. use more perlite or similar next time. I don't see glossy or overly dark leaves. Hard to believe it is Nitrogen-caused. The mottled leaves is probably from suboptimal rootzone. coco - 30% of volume shold be perlite, but with higher water capacity mediums, like tpicaly soil or sphagnum peat moss, should be 50% perlite or similar.
